My dog, Jack, LOVES coming to DogTopia. Your staff is wonderful and accommodates all kinds of dog personalities. Jack is a senior citizena and very people oriented. He gets to shadow the staff person as much as he likes and even plays tag with the other dogs a little bit while he's there. He's clearly making friends and having fun.

I think it would be very beneficial if the dogs were not left alone during boarding, or at least not as long. It would also be nice to be able to see them during the night (camera access).

I think these two things would make a very important change that many of us would greatly appreciate.

Although less important but as a suggestion, it would also be nice if boarding dogs were fitted with a monitoring collar whose data we could see remotely.

Gigi came home of 6-3-25, not only wet on her legs and stomach, but also wreaking of urine.
She's come home many times in the past six months with stinky paws and sometimes wet and we've been told that she'll get into Water? over the past five years it’s happened sporadically but has gotten significantly worse in the past year
Not sure how that's happening other than when you're cleaning? But I thought the dogs were in crate already when you clean. This is unacceptable. My husband had to bathe at home which is challenging when she’s 65 pounds and needs to be fully dry as her hair tangled easily
I need someone to explain this to my dog as well as tell me how this is not gonna happen in the future otherwise we got a major issue with her coming back to Dogtopia
Spoke with the manager briefly in person June 5 Thursday morning about what happened with Gigi coming home leaking of urine and wet on her lower body on Tuesday, June 3. She mentioned looking over the footage video so she could tell me better what had happened because of concerns of this recurring. I hadn't heard back and for now Gigi is scheduled to come back next week. Do we have an update on what happened?

Hello,

I recently boarded my dog at your facility for two nights and three days. I made the reservation through your website three days in advance, but when I arrived to drop her off, the staff seemed surprised to see us, as if they weren’t expecting her.

Additionally, when I called the next day to check in, I was informed that she hadn’t eaten at all since arriving—neither the previous day nor that morning. While I appreciate the update when I called, it would be very helpful and reassuring if the facility could provide daily updates on how the dog is doing, especially when there are concerns like not eating.

I also wanted to mention that at the time of payment, a coupon I had for daycare—suggested during my initial visit to the location—was not honored. I was surprised by this, as I was told it could be applied.

Everyone at Dogtopia is friendly to us and most importantly, they take great care of our dog. He just loves going there every day to see his dog and human friends. Thank you for everything you do!

Genuine compassion and care for my dogs

Diane and her team always go above and beyond when taking care of Trevi. Their services are reliable and I can always count on the Dogtopia team to communicate anything if any problems or issues arrive (which has not been the case since Trevi has grown out of puppyhood). Whether it's just daycare, boarding, or nail trims - I can always count of them to get it done! It also allows my family to be flexible because i know Dogtopia is always there if we need it.

People at dogtopia truly love pets and they are always so welcoming. I like that there are eyes on the dogs at all times. Most importantly is the fact that your dog becomes accustomed to being around other dogs and people.

The staff is friendly to both humans and dogs. It’s easy to tell how much the staff cares for the dogs whether seeing them in person or watching them interact with the dogs on the webcams.

The curbside service is convenient, especially when a quick drop off is necessary when heading to work.

I changed from another dog daycare/boarding because the drop off and pick up hours are convenient even on weekends.

The employees were so kind and patient with our nervous dog. They completely won her over eventually!

You have the friendliest staff - our dogs love coming in and we feel safe when we leave them.

Personal care; people know my dog well

I would like to see cameras on all day and receive more specific feedback on my dogs' days at daycare. I read that there should be periodic check-ins on behavior and who they interact with. I also read that there would be enrichment for the dogs which I have not seen nor heard about and would like to know more.

Everyone is very caring and engaging with the pups. Ours comes home everyday ready to take a nap

The staff are all wonderful. It is obvious they love dogs and endeavor to make sure that each one of our furry family are treated just like we would do ourselves. On several occasions they have been very flexible to help accommodate our schedule for after hours pickups or before hours drop offs. I can't tell you how much we have appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond to help us out.

My dog crashes approximately 13 years old. He is spent almost all of his life in a dog care facility on a daily basis at least 5 days a week. Dogtopia is undoubtedly the best and most enjoyable place he has ever been to.
His excitement in arriving there is amazing and the staff are some of his favorite people...in fact..when he enters the facility his excitement and level of comfort there puts my mind at rest.
When Crash is with me he is glued to my side..but when he arrives at Dogtopia he is like a kid at Disneyland..
I whole-heartedly recommend Dogtopia to any dog owner who wants the best for their dog...It is a 20 on a 10-point scale.

We love the staff there! They are so good to all dogs, including ours (Kancho), who is really shy and nervous. They have gone above and beyond to make it comfortable for her; and now she loves going to daycare as well as boarding there! It's like a second home to her now.
