I recently enrolled my puppy and have not been able to access the webcam. I.have contacted customer service numerous times but the issue has not been resolved. The Frederick location is nice and has great staff. Unfortunately, the app is not good for using.

Our pup was happy to have socializing with other pups since our former day care shut down. All the excitement gave her a real workout. Will definitely let her visit again.

Friendly staff
Everything! The app makes it easy to schedule and change plans and the facility is great but the very best part of Dogtopia is the people! They are so friendly to us and our dog from the moment we walk in until we leave. Thanks so much for all of the smiles and kindness!

Not a thing. I gave it an 8 because we came in only for baths for our two greyhounds. I was under the mistaken impression (totally my fault) that you offered self-serve dog baths, but we decided to have them bathed. Caleb was great with them and Margie (I'm not sure I got her name correct) was friendly and helpful.
We would come back again.
The staff are friendly and caring. The facility is kept clean and safe. The large open style crates are great ...not cramped.
Please double check booking timing.
Option to have dog walked
Most importantly, Cosmo, my pet was so happy spending time with you and that is the key reason. I am a repeated customer and I am happy with the boarding activities, the care you give to the pets and customer friendliness you always demonstrate. Of course your convenient location, the App with video streaming to see Cosmo and his live activities while we were away are additional plus points. We greatly appreciate your transparency too.
My dog likes going to Dogtopia and he’s used to being there. So it’s a no-brainer that we’ll have him boarded there when we go out of town.

I am a new client. Your staff went above and beyond to familiarize my dog, who is a little anxious, with the other puppiies!
I like that the staff are open to questions and honest in reply. I like the half day option as I am retired and mostly use it to give my dog social time with other dogs, and staff always tells me how she did.
I also like they are open to walk-ins if room, acknowledging sometimes emergencies come up for families and are there to help if they can.
It can be a little overwhelming on full house days, so we try and pick quieter days mostly.
The staff is always welcoming & excited in taking care of our girl. The office and play areas are kept clean. The capability to watch your pup on camera during the day is great.
We love the fact that our girl is active all day & safely looked over by loving & caring staff.
Daycare - on June 21st, the folks closing (also at the counter in the morning, sorry didn't get name) were so compassionate. A huge part of why we go to Dogtopia is because of these folks and our positive interactions with them.
Boarding - on May 26th, picked up from boarding. He smelled strongly of urine and had a skin rash on his paw. Injuries are completely understandable but the smell maybe indicated not-so-great living quarters (or it could just be dogs being dogs). Not a big deal but maybe a handover note might be nice.
My dog Krueger LOVES it here and he is visibly excited as opposed to any of the daycares back home.
I love that my puppy loves to go to Dogtopia. It gives me peace of mind while I work. He never wants to leave, but immediately falls asleep when we get home. It’s a great opportunity for him to socialize with other dogs and learn good behavior.
