Clean, supervised at all times, nice climate and temperature, nice staff and lots of loving and caring from everyone!!! Magnolia loves going to daycare!!!

Our dog Murron has come to doggie day care for over 4 years now She absolutely loves spending time with her doggy friends and it's so perfect for her to get her energy out in play with them
We also board her there and she's also used the spa for baths

We love the creative activities everyone gets the pups involved in and the offerings to give the pups special treats throughout the month. Everyone knows our pup’s name and is excited to see her. She loves coming every day.
Before Dogtopia, our rescue only understood the dynamics of other dogs from her 3 sisters and often reverted back to wild, feral ways. After 3 months at Dogtopia, she is confidently a dog in her own right, and is calm and loving and patient and gentle with her puppy sisters and other humans. Thank you!!!
inform us prior to arrival that part of the service we expected would not be available - the update to the webcams. we were not able to check on our dog for a large portion of his stay.
our pet's personal items should be kept together do that they can be used for him and unused items can be returned without searching for them on or after pick up

Everyone at Dogtopia is so friendly, not just with Riley, my GSD, but also with me. They're also very accommodating. When I broke my ankle, they would come out to the car and help me with Riley at both drop-offs and pick-ups. I feel absolutely confidant that Riley is in a good, safe place, and being looked after when he's with the staff at Dogtopia. They obviously care about the well being of the animals in their charge. It's not inexpensive, but it's worth every penny.
You offer full services plus a Webcam so I can check on my dog whenever I want. Everyone is nice.
I love that when I bring my girl into Dogtopia she is well cared for, gets a ton of attention and exercise, and fun opportunities. I wasn't sure if leaving my shelter adopted dog would pan out well, but she truly loves this place as much as I do!

Every time we come in, we are welcomed warmly by the team that obviously cares for the pups. Jersey is greeted with so much affection and makes her rounds to make sure everyone gets a nose boop and has a chance to give her scratches! She even pouts when it isn't a daycare day because she is so used to being entertained and doted on all day. Jersey has chosen them as part of her pack, and our spoiled girl gets what she wants!

My dog really likes going there
Dogtopia Meadowvale staff are the best - from Jashita at the reception to the dog coaches, up to the groomers. They really take good care of our dog which shows based on how happy our dog is when we take him there and pick him up. The regular pupdates via email and the ability to view our dog via webcam helps alleviate worries when we board our dog. I highly recommend Dogtopia for daycare and boarding.

My dog came back with an eye infection the second time going there. I did not know they put the dogs in the crate half the Tim wan don’t bring them outside.
Everyone I have met at Dogtopia has been so very kind and caring. I love the fact that I can watch my dog interact with all the other dogs, and how all the coaches show her love! She is very excited to get there on the mornings that she attends and she is a happy girl! It is very obvious to me that the coaches love what they do and love all the dogs entrusted in their care. It is a great facility!
Never had an issue - except last wednesday when I picked up my dog Jesse, the choker chain was not installed properly, fortunate the lady at the desk recognized the issue and corrected the install. My dog is an escape artist and easily could have backed out of the chain once i got in parking lot ! He is so smart, he can open some door in my house, just by jumping and pushing the latch - please insure all personnel is TRAINED 'how to install it' ! I think this only happened once before in last 2 years.

My dog needed a program like Dogtopia because at home he was bored often. But since he’s been going to Dogtopia regularly he’s a new dog. He seems much more relaxed and content. I would recommend Dogtopia to other dog parents!
The staff makes you feel great. As soon as you walk in they make you feel welcomed and they give you a sense of security that when you hand your fur baby over to them for the day they will be well taken care of.
The staff was so nice, there are so many services for the animals and fun events. The staff seems to absolutely love the dogs and are very knowledgeable.
