I like how professional and informant the staff is. The additional specials for holidays and other occasions where the dogs get treats. Also bathing, nail cutting and brushing the teeth.
Facility is getting old. Needs a facelift.

I mainly use daycare and like the exercise my dog gets during the day. I really like the cameras and being able to check on her throughout the day. I also appreciate the workers and that they recognize and remember her.

Service is dependable, caring techs and my dog loves to come and play. Great for days when the heat is unbearable for a dog.
My dog stayed for a week, and it would’ve been great to have had a general overview of how she did while there. When I watched on camera she looked like she was having a blast! But when I picked her up I was told there were issues that caused her to be in time out several times, and that some of the new staff didn’t know how to correct her behavior. Overall I am very happy with her care but I would love to know what the specific behavior problems were, how often, how they were handled, etc. She loves going to daycare and she always seems so happy there.
The past few times when there’s a calendar event scheduled, we’ve noticed that it is not happening. Pool parties, not once has the dog got to participate. Same with bubble parties. We don’t see it happening and it’s upsetting that we bring the dog in for these events and it’s not happening.
I think I would like to see more indoor and outdoor for the small dogs. Also, maybe break off groups where 5 dogs play fetch in a room, then join back into the larger room.

Harley sleeps for at least a day when we pick her up, so we know she has been very active and playing with other dogs.
Quick and efficient. Whatever shampoo is used for baths, is lovely! I can still smell it 2 days later and her coat is super shiny!
Overall, I've really enjoyed bringing my dog to you for grooming and have always appreciated your service. However, during our last visit, she was quite matted and ended up being shaved extremely close. I would’ve appreciated a quick phone call before proceeding with such a dramatic cut, just to discuss options. I’ve also heard similar concerns from a few friends, which unfortunately has influenced my decision to leave a negative review.
The fact I’ve waited almost 10 minutes to get my dog. 5 minutes in the curbside and coming inside. When I went inside people were like running around to get my dog. When they got my dog he was dirty and smelled bad. They also put his collar on wrong it was supposed to be around his nose. Not on his neck.
We have been to Dogtopia since our boy was a pup and he absolutely loves it there. The staff is incredible and great with him, they are patient and treat our boy like their own. They do special treat days and picture days which remind me of when my kids used to be in preschool. The spa services are usually great and they do a wonderful job to make sure your dog is comfortable.
The facility is maintained and kept well, it’s clean and does not smell bad like other dog daycares we tried out. The location and parking is convenient as well. Our dog is well taken care of at daycare and when we board him. He looks forward to going to “Dogtopia” and always come back home happy and tired.
Yes. The level of care and quality of employee at this facility fell way below. I'm also disappointed with the Manager Michael. I'm still waiting for that phone call!
