First, we love the staff, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. But after getting Jackson home after his first full day at daycare, he immediately had several accidents inside which has never happened. First I thought he ingested something but I know you all don't give treats. It happened again the next day, he peed in the hallway. It is so odd because he is so good about going to the door and letting us know when he needs to go out.
I dont know if it is the format, i thought you had designated outside "potty" times but maybe he got confused. We are trying to correct whatever happened on Tuesday.
In all the times I’ve bought my dog in for baths, they have never trimmed his nails because he is afraid. I shouldn’t have to pay for that.

We'd like to see more size specific group activities and play so we don't have to worry about our little pup so much while we are away. Currently, we try to schedule our activities around when she will be isolated in nap time so we have more peace of mind. Thank you for asking.

The people are wonderful!
My dog is very happy to go to Dogtopia. He practically jumps out of the car window when we pull into the parking lot! The employees are very nice and appear to be very caring. We use them for daycare as well as boarding. I highly recommend Dogtopia.

I’ve given written requests that don’t seem to be being fulfilled- twice.
If your staff isn’t going to help with these requests- done for the overall comfort of my dog, then I’ll stop writing them- and perhaps find another provider.

Last- your webcams are frustrating- sometimes they work sometimes they don’t. And the functionality is not related to your company’s working hours. I’m talking about normal hours when they should be working.

Amazing customer service and so friendly and helpful staff, help to ease this new Doggie Daddy who is completely worried about the well being of his pooch. Everyone there was so nice and reassuring to trust the process, and I am so thankful to have a wonderful staff to keep an eye on him while I'm at work! THANK YOU!!

Ease of scheduling; close location; friendly and helpful staff
Our dog was covered in urine when we arrived to pick her up after her stay. No one could tell us much about how she did while she was there or what the issues with her eating. No one reached out to us while she was there. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
Amazing staff! Friendly, knowledgeable, catering. I like the staff is trained to try to prevent escalations. I like the nap time break. It’s great you have daycare boarding and spa all in one place! I love the app and webcams. I feel Shirley who did my dogs evaluation was very helpful, clear and positive. Clearly very knowledgeable about dogs and kind to the dog parents! Ashley from front desk was my first and ongoing point of contact and was very helpful and friendly and welcoming!
Great job as always. Took Max early on Saturday so I could get away on vacation!
