Very Convenient and flexible, friendly staff.
The Fishers Indiana location has been wonderful with our high energy dog. He comes home tired and happy each time we bring him in to play and he gets really excited when we tell him he's going to play!
Friendliness of staff, my dog wants to go and is happy upon me picking him up. I check the webcams throughout the day and he is happy and wagging his tail and engaged with the other dogs.
The employees are so kind and friendly. Sadie is so happy coming here!
Ease of pickup and ease of making pet appointments.
The cameras on the app don't work very well and my dog came out extremely thirsty after pickup. Crying for water. I do appreciate everything that is done, but it missed the mark a bit on my last visit.

I’m struggling with potty training and walk options for potty breaks or at least a fake grass potty spot inside would be nice. Would have been good info that Kings aren’t allowed when customers are told they can bring a snack for crate time.
We have been taking our pup there for several years. He is anxious to join the group when he realizes where we are going. He comes homes tired from an active day and sleeps well.
Amazing staff! They have really helped Dosha with becoming better socialized with other dogs.

From what I could see on the webcam, the 2 staff persons didn't interact with the dogs. They walked around ready to pick up any droppings.
I hope to see more interaction as that is also part of the socialization.
Our dogs are well cared for. The hours are so convenient with picking up and dropping off. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I just recently came back from vacation and it was my first time boarding my Baby (Dog). Four nights but I was at ease being able to watch Lady on camera and the awesome emails of pics they sent to me via email. I am very appreciative of the care they gave Lady. I strongly recommend and will definitely be back.

I brought my dog to a new location due to the old one not being professional with certain things and so I transferred here to this Washington location for the time , and I wanted to see how my little fur baby would do for the first day , and I was still charged $45 for the first day of daycare …. Like i wanted to make sure she was comfortable and loved the day before I agree to any services which is why I called first to make SURE she would love it ! So I wanted to bring her there but I’ll be moving her else where again no thank you :)
