More dog play equipment.
They love my dog and he loves them
Sometimes my dog comes home and smells like pee - but we're pretty new so not sure if this is to be expected. Otherwise, we love it so far!
Amazing caring staff and they go above and beyond to care and engage my pup, Maude ! I highly recommend dogtopia !
Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. The first time my dog went there, he was nervous but did well and had a blast. The following week, after I enrolled him in once a week care, he knew exactly where he was going. Jumping around, spinning around, excited to go back. I love that I can watch my dog in the live cams set up too.
How nice all the employees are and how good they are with the pets.
The employees are great with my dog. I like that our dog doesn’t get bit or hurt while at daycare.

There is a bad smell when you walk into the lobby. But you guys are very accommodating and have friendly competent staff so I will keep coming back. :)
I love EVERYTHING about Dogtopia! The staff are all so friendly and truly love animals! I would only trust my girl Chloe with them. They constantly keep the pups engaged in activities and yummy creative, healthy foods. They also offer grooming services...one stop shop! Thank you Dogtopia for always making my girl Chloes day!
Great communication
Every time I have gone to pick up my dog, the staff forgets to give me his supplies back. This time, his bed was "stuffed" with the wrong inside stuffing that won't fit his bedding correctly. I also didn't receive my pill pockets back that I gave them for medications. I have never been blown away with the service or attention given to myself and my dog, especially for the price that is charged.
Our puppy is always happy to go to daycare. He loves running around and playing with the other dogs. The people at Dogtopia really care about him and make sure he is taken care of while in their facility.
We've only been there once, but so far so good. Sheba did well and seemed to have a good experience which made us very happy. She came home happy, tail wagging. I did watch on the webcam during the day to see how she was doing and she was out of camera range alot. I liked the report card at the end to see what Dogtopia thought about how Sheba did while there. We'll be going back for her first full day this week and have some overnights scheduled next month. Anxious to see how all of that goes but our recommendations for Dogtopia came from a very trusted source so I have great expectations for success and much happiness for Sheba here. I'm happy about the all day indoor activities and rest, impressed with the flooring for the tender paw pads. Glad to know that there is ongoing training for employees and that some plan to continue their careers in a veterinary medicine. Like the separate of pets by size and happy with a tech being in the playroom with pets during playtime. Haven't asked but will do before our next scheduled day, whether during naptime Sheba can have her blanket in the kennel with her? I didn't see any while I was there. Love all the event activities and attention to their mental health as well as physical health for our pets. Looking forward to all Dogtopia has to offer Sheba!
The flexibility, availability, and the people. I have truly adored everyone I’ve met at Dogtopia and where I assumed I’d constantly stress about my dog when she was there I’ve truly never doubted them.
We love the fact that you each dog by their name. The way you care for our dog as though it was your own. Great experience for our 13 week Aussie.
It‘s a professional and genuinely caring place for my dog. The manager and the staff are amazing with dogs, and I always feel at ease leaving mine there.
I know she is safe and happy.
Lots of times I arrive in the morning and there’s nobody at the front desk. When Karen was at the front desk, the entry was always spotless and smelled so clean and fresh. Now not so much. My husband has lost access to the webcam on his phone and nobody can help him recover it. Another time I arrived, waited for quite some time and the worker took a dog that arrived after my dog. I don’t like the updated app, I can no longer see my dog on a wide screen. Maybe someone can work on these issues.
