The coaches know your dog and get excited to see them when they walk in the door for a fun day with the best fur friends.
It’s very obvious how much you all care about each of the dogs, and I know my dog will be cared for when she’s at daycare. The staff is super responsive and amenable to schedule changes and the needs of my dog
From start to finish my whole experience with Dogtopia Liberty Village was excellent. Requesting an appointment online was super easy and convenient and André was so friendly and helpful with all my questions. The groomer was so kind to take the time to review my specific requests for my nervous pomeranian, and she did a really beautiful job. We will be back for sure! We are so happy that Dogtown Liberty Village was so accommodating to our requests and friendly and helpful at every stage! Thank you so much!

Friendly staff and allows for flexible schedules
I picked my dog up after 3 hours, I was still required to pay a full day. While watching the cameras, my dog was in the kennel for 30 minutes out of the 3 hours we had her there (that we saw). When she tried to play with dogs, there was no attempt at de-escalation and she was just put into the Kennel. Due to us being unhappy with this and deciding to pick her up early, we still had to pay a full day for daycare. We were told my management that the person watching her was new but since this experience, we have decided to move dog daycares entirely for our 2 dogs to a different establishment.
Enthusiasm upon arrival puts mind at ease that my pup is going to be cared for with compassion while I'm on my way;

The building is air conditioned and there are staff in each room to supervise the play.
The staff is extremely friendly and great with the dogs. They always call to inform you of any kind of incident with your dog.

Everything! My dog Remi has had very bad social anxiety from me and she got sooo much better after taking her to Dogtopia and now just goes straight with the workers instead of trying to stay with me. She gets so excited when she’s there! They control dogs very well and know when to put them in the crate to calm them down and have no aggressive dogs. Thank you dogtopia!

Consist high level of service both in the grooming and play/boarding areas. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, personable, detail oriented, and treats me and my pup like family!
Friendly staff, clean and everyone looks happy (customers, staff and dogs). The webcam is very helpful to see how my dog is doing as well.
I would love more interaction or play with the dogs. They don't all get to play or socialize with other dogs. Or more outside time in the morning before it gets fully hot.
Love that my pup has a safe place he enjoys going to on those days where we can’t be around all day. He stays happy and we can do the things we need to do without worrying about him. :)
We've been bringing our pup to Dogtopia since she was six months old—it's been a year now, and we honestly can't imagine life without it! She absolutely loves going, and daycare has been amazing for her socialization and exercise. The additional services like the spa and boarding are super convenient too. We’re big fans of Dogtopia—and so is our pup!
