I have had several billing errors that I have had to catch / call for. Which I know it happens (I make these mistakes while billing clients all the time!) but I feel bad / high maintenance for having to call in and get the issue fixed.
Other than that, I enjoy how sweet the staff is when greeting Kipling and that he is always pretty excited to hang out at Dogtopia for the day.
I wish there were more photoshoot opportunities! and perhaps an earlier drop-off time for Saturdays (maybe once or twice a month? I know y'all want to sleep in too though, I get it!) Some Saturdays I work at 8:30 am, and would love to take Kipling to have fun and hang out with some pals for the mornings, but since Saturdays you guys open at 9 am, I can't make it work. Anyways, I understand there has to be a demand for it, and if there isn't, it just doesn't make sense to offer it.

Very friendly staff and my mini schnauzer is always excited to go and loves the staff.
Staff is very friendly and my Maggie loves them. I like being able to check in on her via the cameras while I’m at work. It puts a smile on my face!
The trainers are always kind and positive and seem to really know and love the dogs. My boy is big and a bit over eager but they take him as he is and love him anyway. Even when he has almost knocked them down or when he is a stinker for nail trims.

I love everything! I trust everyone there to take such good care of my dog when she is there. I also love that I can peek in on her with the webcam and see she is having a good time.

Everyone is super nice and our dog is always excited to go there. Nice you can watch on the cameras.
The staff is welcoming, caring, and knowledgeable. The facilities are clean and lots of enrichment available for the dogs. I like being able to observe on the cameras what my dog is doing. The hours are convenient and I feel good about leaving my dog at Dogtopia.
My dog has an amazing time, he is able to run around and socialize with other dogs. The staff is always helpful and willing to answer any questions or concerns I may have.

Organization, day care or support services past 7:00 pm for those who have longer work schedules, more specific training for puppies where their parents can be involved to e sure accuracy.

The staff are very attentive to our dogs. I love that they are so excited to see the dogs when we come in.
Dogtopia is absolutely amazing! They take such good care of our fur baby. They are attentive and trained well. They always care about what our pup is thinking and feeling and give him breaks as needed. I trust them wholeheartedly!
How much care you put into accommodating dogs. Also yall are just very friendly. My dog always lived happy, tired, and excited to jump in the car whenever I tell her “puppy daycare” time.

The staff, they really care about our fur babies. I can look on the web cam any time and my guy is well!
I like everything except there was a situation where my dog reacted to another dog humping her and fell into a third dog. My dog received a “strike” against her. It was clear on the video what happened. I don’t think that was right.

You staff is always polite and caring, and the really like what they do. I always know that my doggie is always in good care when I drop him. I have recommended Dogtopia to my friends because I believe it is safe and pet friendly and like I said before, the staff cares.
We took our 14 year old blind and deaf fur baby to Dogtopia for her first ever bath and brush. She had never been to a groomer and is by nature a very anxious puppy. I was very nervous. Susan, the owner was sure to put us at ease with a tour and reassurance. The staff was so gentle with her. It turned out great and we plan to take her back for routine care.

Alexandria location opens at 6am for daycare and its fits my schedule perfectly. Attendants take excellent care of the dogs. I had a minor billing issue which the manager resolved to my satisfaction. Since I have used the half day option for several years I would like to see half day packages available similar to the flu day discount packages.
