Cameras, friendly staff
Clean facility. Friendly staff. My pup has been going there for almost 3 years and he still loves it! Everyone is great with him.

I appreciate the idea that you welcome workers who may have a learning difference or other challenge. Have no idea which, if any, of the staff that I've met would fit this category, WHICH IS AS IT SHOULD BE: each one focuses on my dog in a cheerful and welcoming way. That is most of what counts. [The other part that counts: my dog is kept safe. As a bonus, he gets extra stimulation.]
$51 for 4 hours of doggie daycare is a bit on the high side. A full day ok, but not for only 4 hours.
The staff is so friendly and kind. You can tell they genuinely love dogs.

This was our first time bringing our morkie to Dogtopia. The staff were very helpful and the groomer ( Maddie) gave our "Molly" an excellent grooming. The cost was quite competitive and she was ready when they said she would be. We have already re- booked.
Finn always seems happy and the workers are always so nice I am unhappy I could not see live pictures this time. I am hoping that will be fix when we drop Finn off on the 28th.
Communication could be better when there are changes or services unavailable.
Staff is fabulous, facility is clean and well-run, and my dog is always healthy and happy after boarding.

The associates are genuinely dog people & know each dog. The associates are friendly & seem happy—not disgruntled & surly like many places. It makes a big difference to make me feel comfortable leaving my dog there.

My pup Chase is always exhausted when he comes back home. He always has the best time at Dogtopia and I love watching him on the webcams!
They’re easy to work with whenever I check in my pup.
I have a safe space to take my furbaby where she gets to run free and interact with other dogs. I have some time to get errands run or do some major cleaning at home without her being neglected. That is a win win for both of us.😊
