The service the care of the dogs being watched cleaned up very nice. Assess assessment of your place. Reminds me very much of nursery school for dogs very cute and the spa getting your dog a bath also for the De De great place excellent

I don’t think dogs really enjoy just hanging out with several dogs for 3 hours twice daily. It may cause anxiety.
Everyone knows the girls when we come in & are so kind & patient with two crazy frenchies😝
My dog ended up with Pneumonia from kennel cough because the facility wasn’t disinfected properly the week before when another dog was sick. My dog is hospitalized and can barely walk and hasn’t eaten since we picked her up. I requested a partial refund and all I was offered was a credit. A credit doesn’t pay the vet bill.

My dog was injured. The person tasked with watching the dogs played on his iPad while my dog and others were being mauled. I watched this on the video and then the staff tried to tell me it was a “hotspot”. I took the dog to the vet straight from your place and confirmed it was a wound. In addition, the dog was dehydrated and lost 7 pounds in 5 days, i also observed one of the employees backhand a dog. I will never be back and if management doesn’t address this, I will encourage my Boca neighbors to avoid Dogtopia.

Our dog came back to us five pounds lighter and with an open wound on his head. Additionally, the staff wrote all over his $259 dog bed in permanent marker. Every single surface has his name written on it. If they had told us the bed needed to be labeled, we could’ve done it ourselves. Additionally, add Dogtopia to the list of premium services requesting additional tip for doing the job you’ve paid them for.
The staff is always wonderful. They are friendly, attentive and caring to the pups and their owners. My dog looks forward to going and I feel safe sending her.
Everyone is so nice and helpful, they take great care of our pup. These folks work hard at taking care of all the dogs that come here. I never hesitate to drop her off, I know she’ll be well looked after.

I was a customer at another location and wanted to use this location due to a work trip. The manager made it incredibly easy and allowed me to bypass the Meet & Greet and drop off my dog very efficiently. She seemed to have enjoyed herself, too! I will continue to bring her here when I am in the area for work. Thank you!

Dogtopia is nothing short of outstanding! My puppy Dasher feels like he has a second family there and has made many friends, pup and human alike. He has gained confidence, strength and I appreciate that they expect good manners and behavior from him. I love that he has the opportunity to socialize with so many other dogs and has learned valuable skills. Dasher is able to exercise in a climate-controlled environment, which is very helpful. We are incredibly thankful for Dogtopia and the staff; Dasher's life wouldn't be as happy if he couldn't spend time there.

Easy drop off and pick up. The team knows me, my family, and my dog. The team all seem to like dogs. It is a happy place.
