Personal and consistency regarding customer interaction and excellence in dog care!

The young lady working the front desk in the afternoon was always rude to me when I picked up my dog. She apparently holds grudges because she doesn’t like that I give criticism. I worry that her attitude towards me negatively impacted my dog’s well being at your facility.

Additionally, my dog ate poop on multiple occasions because the person in the lounge was unable to clean up in a timely manner and control the dogs safely. Multiple days I would watch on the camera at the poor handling of the dogs and the slow to respond nature of this person working in the lounge and it would always lead to my dog having the opportunity to eat poop. When we brought this up, they did not improve the situation. Instead, I continued to witness the same disgusting conditions any time this person was working.

So all in all, I would say that I am very concerned about my dog’s health and safety and moreover that the poor attitude by the front desk girl in the afternoon leads to a very negative overall experience.

I plan to write and leave public reviews on Google and other sites as well.

Whenever I drop Po off at Dogtopia, I know he is going to have so much fun! The staff is great at creating a safe environment for my pup to play with all his friends. Whether it is for daycare or an overnight, I am confident Po will be well taken care of.

Attentive to my dog.

We took our Shar Pei pups to Dogtopia for training and socializing. Junior is an amazing and patient trainer and our girls and myself learned so much. I bring them to daycare and they are thriving! Our goal was for the girls to be friendly towards people and other dogs. Dogtopia for the win! I have already recommended Dogtopia to my friends and they also bring their dog. Everyone that works there loves dogs and you can tell. They are always ready to help and care for your dogs.

I feel like the staff really cares about my dog and takes really good care of her. She’s like part of their family.

Julie is an amazing human being and the reason we were able to get our Covid pup groomed. We have a long haired mini doxie we adopted in June of 2020, during the height of covid, so he was never socialized. He barks at everyone, but LOVES Julie. She is def an animal whisperer. We are so thankful to have found Dogtopia of Valley Forge. Julie runs a top notch facility and the staff is amazing. Theo always comes home beautifully groomed and smelling yummy.

Frank came back smelling terrible. Not that he smelled amazing going in- but after just one night the difference was crazy, he needed a bath immediately. Crazy for over $80 for one night.

I paid for both dogs to get full spa services, one was washed and that is all the other was not even washed,. I waited 2 hours for a text or call so they had plenty of time.

I love the Boise Greenbelt Dogtopia! I was in town for a few weeks helping a friend; his dog was already a Dogtopia dog and it was very easy to get mine signed up from afar and set up her first meet and greet. Both dogs loved coming in, and both were zonked out once they were back home again. Great, friendly staff and always a safe and happy experience for the pups!

I was charged for a bath when my dog isn’t even there. Was turned away from a booked boarding bc my dog coughed after choking himself on his leash. Unfriendly staff.

The competent and kind care of the staff is exceptional. So grateful for the webcam feature. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our little Zeus while we were away. He had such a great time and learned so much!

Friendly atmosphere, efficient drop off and pick up.

The staff was very nice and professional but we do not like how the dogs are allowed to relieve themselves inside of the room Instead of being allowed to go outside. Our dog came back with stomach issues after staying overnight at the Roundrock Dogtopia. In the future, we will choose a more traditional dog boarding option.
