Great playful and caring environment
They took care of our dog for us and fed him and we were happy that he seemed happy when we picked him up!
The staff seems to truly understand dogs and dog behavior, vs just being a place to dump your dog when you're out of town. They are very flexible and accommodating to most requests which makes my life so much easier.
One thing I would like to see more of, especially for long stays: give me information about what my dogs were up to, what did they do, how did they behave, what did they like/dislike? They are an extension of our family and we worry about them when we're gone.

Flexible schedule, and lots of ways to socialize dogs rather than putting them in a kennel and leaving them alone. Also good training options too

Show how you ensure that staff won't forget to feed dogs meals packed by owner so they don't accidentally go hungry. After one time, my dog was never fed his dinner, I still get a little paranoid it will be forgotten.
I appreciate that we are able to choose half-day daycare, as we bring our dog in for socializing more than actual dogsitting. I like the webcams and I appreciate that the folks are always happy to see my dog. Also there is one dog that does not get along with mine, and I very much appreciate that you have been able to accommodate switching them out so they're not in the room at the same time. thank you for all you do!
How personable everyone is!
Dogtopia was able to take our pet on short noticed when we had to travel for a family emergency, I was apprehensive to board her but it was great being able to watch the webcams from 1000 miles away. It was nice to see her warm up and become comfortable enough to lay down while the other dogs were up and about.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Much more professional and helpful than the staff at PetSmart! After I found Dogtopia, now I know where I want my dog to go!

I like the people working there. I think the hours for unlimited should be updated to include longer hours on both Saturdays and Sundays since we’re paying for unlimited and now suddenly unable to bring our dogs in on Sundays and the hours on Saturdays are much later in the morning for those of us that have to work on a Saturday
Colby gets good care and he loves to play with the other dogs.
Viewing on the WebCam, the dogs were just laying they’re bored out of their minds because they could not go outside and play and when they did go outside, it was on Astroturf, yeah I understand the issues of having multiple dogs on a natural turf and how dirty that would be but it seemed that my dog gained too much weight while being there
My dog loves it there, it is a win/win, he gets to play all day while I attend to my obligations without guilt.
