Great customer service! Our dogs are always happier after their play time with friends!

The Dogtopia team is very friendly and easy to work with. They provide my pup with all the things he needs for a great day, when I can't be with him. I'm so happy I found them and feel so much better about leaving my dog in their caring and capable hands while I'm at work, rather than leaving him home alone all day, every day.
Everything that is offered. But the best is being able to view my puppy in the playroom by having and app. The webcam is the best
Offering monthly enrollments. 1 day a week, 2day a week, 3days a week, 4days a week. The more days, adjusting prices. Offer weekend (half day) rates - maybe on specific days (Friday-Saturday).
our dog has been coming for almost 2 weeks now. all of the staff knows our names as soon as was walk in, he whines at the door in the morning because he knows where he is going. it’s such a relief leaving him every day because we know he is in the best hands. i love the cameras, i can watch him all day. the facility is always clean & smells nice all the time. we’re so happy we are here.
Little pricey $$. Also it would be cute to provide more of a personalized take home card/feedback. Would give a more caring touch!
As soon as I pull up Daisy begins her “happy dance” with a light howl. She never kiss me good bye, and when I pick her up she cares more about hangin with the staff. Could that be a better compliment!?! She is safe and LOVED.

Deedee and her team are always professional and friendly. You can tell they really care about the dogs that are entrusted in their care. I feel less nervous whenever I drop my dog off for overnight stays.
WUWF Rescue has a dog with Dogtopia at several different locations. They have been amazing with our dogs!! Professional, loving, and in contact with us with updates on our dogs!! Couldn’t be happier!! Our dogs love them, too!!
The entire staff are very welcoming, attentive, and compassionate. Kudos to Blanca, Miya and Ricardo for the helpful text messages and reports. Coco was well cared for. Thank you. 😊
Friendly staff. Their knowledge of who I am and matches that with who my dog is. My dog loves going to daycare and I appreciate that. Over time, her behavior has gotten a little better.
