Amber, Bree and team are amazing and they love my dog, Oreo. She has been at Dogtopia since she was a puppy. Oreo loves coming for boarding and daycare. Everyone is so professional and loving. Oreo loves the human and doggy friends.

the lack of outside space seems to stress my dog. she knows crapping inside on the floor is not a good idea.
Responsible, responsiveness, flexibility
People are very friendly and competent. My dogs get great care. I don’t worry when I have to travel. I know they’re in good hands and they always come home happy.
Each time I pick up my dogs, they are extremely overheated. My youngest dog has kidney disease and needs access to water at all times. I often do not feel that is the case.
Our dogs are happy.
I could tell everybody there loves dogs and all the dogs love Dogtopia! i felt that Bella was very happy going there, and I know she probably felt safe and I know I felt that she was safe.

I like that the staff knows my dog, and they are always happy to see her. Likewise, my dog is always very excited to get to Dogtopia and be taken back with the other dogs.
My dog is so much better socialized. The coaches and staff are great.
We like everything about Dogtopia. The only negative is we don’t live closer to your Easton location. If we did we would be there weekly! Every single experience at Dogtopia has been nothing but positive. Your front desk staff is amazing! Everyone greets us like they have been waiting for us and just us to arrive. ALL your staff is amazing. We mostly interact with Ashley at the front desk and I can’t express how wonderful she is. She addresses all questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism. During our last visit we wanted to get Wrigley’s nails cut but were concerned because he was just getting over an injury. We expressed our concern, she validated it, and said she would let the groomer know. We know she did talk to the groomer because she provided us with feedback when we picked him up. This was just one of the many times she helped us. Our girl Winnie is a monster while getting her nails cut and we weren’t sure if we should have the groomer do it. She assured us the groomer was great and could handle her. She made us feel comfortable and Winnie successfully got her nails cut. Ashley also confirmed in a very polite way that Winnie was indeed a monster…we prefer real feedback so it was welcomed.
I mentioned in previous feedback that one of your staff texted us to check on us when they knew we were away where a hurricane was hitting. The kindness of your employees really goes a long way.
We used to take our pups with us on trips and drop them at a daycare close to where we were vacationing so that they were always close by. We no longer have to do that because we trust our pups are in good hands with Dogtopia. We even recently left the country with them at Dogtopia and were not worried at all.

Very nice folks but could never recommend the facility or practice to a friend. Too many dogs in a small indoor space, peeing on turf indoors (not recommended if your dog is already house trained), limited space for high energy dogs, constant barking from select dogs (not in a playful way but in a stressed/alerted way). Our dog was brought out after about a 15 to 20 minute meet and greet, drooling on herself and unresponsive to treats, making a bee-line for the outside door. She proceeded to throw up in the car and continue to drool on herself the short ride home. This same dog has been well socialized, functioned fine at dog parks, and 1:1 play sessions with dogs of many sizes and energy. Perhaps its still a better option for commuters who believe they have no choice than to select this type of daycare for their pup rather than coop them in a crate but its far from ideal. From a dog psychology perspective, nothing about the practice seemed enriching unfortunately.
I was hoping for a bit more interaction during the day. My dog enjoys it, but when I view the webcam, I just see staff on their phones.

The communication was wonderful. The web cams eased my mind. The interaction with the dogs and staff made me feel very happy. The staff does not know who is watching or when. Every time (an it was a lot) I pulled the web cam up, it assured me I chose the best place for my Carlos. The staff were petting the dogs, cleaning, rubbing bellies etc. Dogtopia was a wonderful experience for myself and my dog.

For years I have boarded my dogs there. Most recently, my Maltese, Sweet Pea. Because she is losing her teeth, I enclosed a green dental treat to be given after each meal. NOT A SINGLE TREAT WAS GIVEN. I FOUND CARLESS AND INEXCUSABLE ON YOUR PART! SHE MUST BE PUT TO SLEEP BY THE VETERINARIAN TO HAVE HER TEETH CLEANED! THIS DANGEROUS FOR THE DOG! INEXCUSABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff does an excellent job interacting with the dogs and are knowledgeable about their behaviors. So nice to be able to view my pup on webcam!
I love how welcoming staff are when the pet and parents arrive. I love the cameras where we can check in on our pets throught the day.
