The last few times we’ve come to pick up our dog, the wrong dog has been brought out. She also switches between rooms (gym and lounge) and I’ve requested she only goes to the gym as she has a ton of energy and that’s the whole reason we bring our dog there

My dog loves daycare the the staff loves my dog!
I bought a 4 day pass expressing that I plan on using it to combine with boarding for Goop. I was under the impression I could do that, especially after making it known and confirmed that was the plan. I was charged the full price upon my return after 4 days and asked about the pass I got. I was told that pass doesnt apply, meaning I had to eat 350 on top of the 150 I already paid in advance. Additionally, I paid for a bath for Goop, yet had to give him a bath when I got home since it seemed like he was only ran through a hose and didn't seem clean at all, just wet and still gross. His blankets were saturated in dry pee, making me think that he has been sleeping on his own pee for days. His ears were very dirty, specially his left, which was extremely dirty and had to also be cleaned when I got home (Idk if I was charged for his ears, but I did ask for his ears to be monitored and cleaned as needed and I'd pay for the service). Overall, I didnt leave there very excited at the condition of my dog and his blankets, nor was I excited to feel lured into paying more without some form of clarification as to what I was paying for. I dont think the staff is malicious, actually im sure they're all wonderful and im sure Goop was treated well. I however cannot help but feel that they are very disorganized, as I have already seen quite a bit of confusion regarding payment, pickup (his re-orientation I was told 845, then received a call being told it was 745) and the apparent confusion as to what a proper bath looks like.
To make it right, Id like a refund for all of the grooming services I paid for, additionally id like a refund for the 4 day pass, as I dont see myself using it, atleast, not at this time. I would like Goop to return to dogtopia, but my experience this go around did not leave me very satisfied unfortunately.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, knowledgeable and detailed when it comes to making sure your dog will be a good fit. I like that they do a temperament test and dogs must pass to be a client there. It is very safe to do this.

Very friendly to both dogs and their parents. Staff gives special attention to every dog. Facility is clean, safe, cheerful and dog friendly. I know my dog is receiving great care and having fun while he is in doggie daycare. He is very excited every time we are there. I like the fact that my dog can socialize with other dogs under the trained staff's supervision. It's a great place!!! Have been taking my dog to Dogtopia for almost a year. 🐕
