The only issue I think should be addressed is the wait times when dropping off or picking up our dogs. Other than that everything is fine.
Caring canine coaches who truly love dogs. My dog who’s usually very timid of people, goes crazy when she sees her trainers. They also understand my dog and who she gets along with, who she doesn’t, when she’s overstimulated, etc. and they make sure she and all the dogs stay safe. I also love that you have an app and can book appointments online.
Nothing. I have mentioned you to a few neighbors, but they are not looking for daycare

HaHa The staff knows how they treated me. I was a customer for over a year. Dogtopia does not care about their customers. I even referred 4 people to Dogtopia.
I wish there were more activities for the dogs during the day. The attendant that goes into the room just pets the dogs. I wish there was more for them to do.

I like the way there is someone to greet my pup at the door yo take her to the play area. If you want your furry buddy groomed, Dogtopia does it all, bath, ears cleaned, nails trimmed snd brush the teeth. Friendly staff!! They always take time to chat or answer questions. Reasonable prices.

Comfortable and caring for my pet
I really like Dogtopia and I’m pretty sure my dog had a great time while staying there. The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 was because my dog had got a bacterial infection in his intestinal. I know it could happen at and boarding facility but believe that the staff could have noticed it as it was extreme diarrhea. It took ten days of antibiotics until it was finally gone.
The care given to our boy, the chance for him to play with other dogs while supervised so there’s little chance of squabbling!!
The confined area assures no escaping!!
We love how excited Apollo gets to visit his friends at Dogtopia. Fun things are always happening planned for all of the dogs big and small to do a couple times a week. We are so pleased with his grooming on Spa Day The staff is so friendly. Dogtopia has been a great fit for our family. Patty
