We never have to worry about our boys being taken care of! Everyone at Dogtopia is so kind!
Staff is so caring. Facility is so clean. I won't bring my pup anywhere else. We have peace of mind while we work knowing our pup is happy and cared for.
All the staff is very pleasant and has a special relationship with each pet!
There isn't a calendar of events until you drop off, so you can't sign up or schedule days around fun events to participate in.
When my dog got injured, there was no response to our reach outs which was unfortunate.
Incredibly friendly and caring team. From answering the phone, greeting us in person, knowing our Neo and the regular communications. Grateful to utilize the services.
I love the attention the staff gives to each one of the dogs and their owners
Everything, great people, kind, very attentive to the dogs, clean rooms.
The customer service was great and Lola loved the playtime with the other dogs. The only thing that hit me hard as I walked through the door for the very first time was the powerful urine smell.
If it's a cleaner you might consider changing it. It was so powerful that I had to stand by the door to get some fresh air because my eyes were tearing. I have been to other Dogtopias where my dog was a member and never experienced this horrible smell.
Everyone there is so kind, thoughtful and helpful with the dogs and the parents.
Mabel absolutely LOVES Dogtopia and all the staff! You can tell when she walks in the door that she is so loved.
I can't tell you how appreciative I am of all of the staff particularly, Linden, Gina, Tess and Mckenna. The thoughtfulness compassion and care you take for not just my dogs but for me does not go unnoticed. Norman was so lucky to have you all care for him till the very end and Walter continues to benefit for many years to come!
Caring, upbeat staff, excellent cleaning procedures, safety first mentality, great trainers. My dog is always happy and runs into daycare without looking back. She is always returned clean. I can see her on the cameras and when we were getting started, the staff was able to answer all of my many questions and concerns. Dogs rest in crates during the day, which means we don’t lose crate training and she has time to shut off and rest. We couldn’t be happier!
Maverick loves it! Before we even turn into the parking lot he recognizes where we are and starts trying to get out of the car. I think that's a pretty good recommendation!
The staff is great. They love the dogs. They love the owners. The staff very accommodating & friendly. Oscar loves going there. He can't get enough. He comes home happy, playful, hungry then sleeps the rest of the night! He really gets his excess energy out and is a happy pup.
I love the friendly staff and they treat you like family!

My dog is happy to go there
The staff is very friendly and quick to respond and resolve any concerns.
The people there genuinely care about my pup. They are very friendly and always willing to share their knowledge. I c feel that my pup is very safe with these folks and they go out of their way to make sure the pups have exercise and learn new things. They are very essy yo work with
1. Your facility is clean.
2. Your staff very obviously love their jobs, and it shows in how they treat the dogs they take care of, and how they treat us humans.
3. Your staff very have always managed to accommodate special, and last- minute requests.
Daycare , all workers are very nice and very helpful and my dog seems very happy. They also have overnight service that’s a plus.
You got rid of an amazing GM- Frank that could connect with pet parents and the pets.
Not sure what happened but the new GM is not very good with people.
Have a visit with another daycare tomorrow to see about pulling my dog out. We love the people that we have been going to but I don't like the fact that the place has been turned upside down.
Darlin’ loves to play with other dogs at Dogtopia a couple of times a week.
Friendliness of staff and care they give my dog
Everyone that works at Dogtopia is so warm and welcoming and loves our dog as much as we do! We have such an easy time leaving our pup for overnight stays knowing he will get all the love and exercise he needs.
Friendly staff and pets are able to socialize with each other.
Bailey has so much fun playing with other dogs. I like that it isn't just an empty room but has some jungle gym things to climb on and I like that it opens early so I can drop him off before the gym in the mornings.
Staff is very friendly, services are all very convenient and flexible. I feel confident about leaving my dog in the care of the staff whenever he has a reservation.
Prior experiences have been fine. But the last one was disappointing. When I looked at the cameras- all dogs were in the kennels (maybe around 10 or 11 am). I assumed this was do to staffing. No big deal. But after the lunch kennel time- my dog never returned to the general population- Every time I checked in the afternoon- my dog was not there. By the time I drove to the building he was finally in the playbox. When I asked the attendant - she said he needed a break for 10 minutes. I ask what that means- "he needed a break" and she said "he needed a break" And it was way more that 10 minutes. When they brought him he had dried poop all down his backside. I bring my dog to daycare for social interaction. If I want him in a kennel- I can keep him home. I will not be returning.

They’re always excited to see MargoRita, and she’s always excited to be there. They have fun photo events and treat days. Rita always comes home and is worn out and it reduces her pent up energy for the week thus reducing anxiety for her and us. They know how to manage her stimulation and over-stimulation well during play time.
