Reliable! Our family knows we can count on Dogtopia to more than take care of our fur baby! He is well cared for, played with, gets to socialize & move around and comes home so well behaved and mellow! It's like he exercised and now wants to chill and it is amazing! The staff truly love our guy & he knows it. Loves coming & perks up enthusiastically whenever we walk him if he wants to go to school.

Staff is very friendly and show interest in my pet.
The coaches are patient but firm. If my dog acts out infrequently, they work with him to calm him down, put him in a crate for timeout if necessary, and to find out what triggered the behavior. Some daycares are not willing to work with the dogs to engage them in a positive way and to maintain a safe play experience. Dogtopia PV has been excellent in this regard.
The staff is very helpful and will answer any questions that you may have.
You all seem to know the dogs really well and see their quirks and personalities.

The staff is so wonderful and they are always so excited to see my dog. Giving a shout out to manager, Alex, who is literally the best- so personable and full of excitement! In turn, my dog is always so excited to go to see them and to play with her doggie friends. I also love that they all know her name and that they do little fun activities with the dogs to keep them engaged.

Mgmt, staff and facilities are superb. It’s just too expensive, so much so I think I have to cxl our membership.

The staff really cares about all the dogs and treats each one like they are the most special dog.
Cleanliness! The lobby is often very dirty, floor is filthy, dog hair everywhere, dust, and our dog smells pretty badly when he comes home. We have been to another similar facility and the cleanliness does not even compare.
