They are best team ever, my dog is always happy to be there and I know he is in good hands. He does both day care and boarding and I’m comfortable knowing Hank is taken care of as if he were home.
Professional and friendly staff. Attentive to all the pup's behaviors and needs. Easy drop off and pick up process. Different rooms offered for different dogs to make for a positive experience. The supervision the dogs receive seems just right.
Very pricey!! Difficult to cancel an appointment if needing to change. I have not been able to get clear info in cost if I need to bring mu pups an extra day outside of my 2 day plan. Would be helpful to have a quicker drop off and pick up process.
Your staff is so friendly and happy to see our Riley He's excited to go and they are excited to see him. It's a great place to play with other dogs and wonderful coaches.
Everything! I love the activities and crafts, and especially pool day, but most of all, my dogs seem to love going there every day, and they come home tuckered out. I especially love receiving photos every afternoon, and the staff all seem very engaged with the dogs and just great in general!
The center smells strongly, even in the foyer/entrance. When our dog comes back home after a day at daycare, she smells. While I am sure the staff, who are very kind and friendly, work hard to keep the center clean, perhaps there are other, pet and human safe cleaning/deodorizing solutions that help the center smell cleaner.
The meet and greet went very well, everyone was so nice. They explained everything to me, answered all of my questions and showed me the facility. I am pretty sure my dog will be very happy going there for daycare
I like that I am able to choose days Bridget goes to Dogtopia and then cancel if something comes up. Everyone is very helpful and friendly which makes me feel secure leaving my dog. Thank you

Two things on this trip were questionable. Cameras were never on in the Backyard where my dog spent the day. And pickup was a mess, more so for the other guy on his first day where they couldn’t find his account and didn’t know where his dog was.
Generally I love the place and my dog comes back happy. This experience was shaky.
The staff is super friendly and receptive to dog owners concerns. Staff seem to be attentive to each dog and their different needs. We don’t use Dogtopia weekly or super often, but it’s a great place to send our dog when we can’t be with her and want to know she is somewhere that she can have fun and be safe!
The level of communication was top notch and I loved seeing how much fun my dog was having through the video feed of the playrooms. We’ll be back!

I was visiting Knoxville with my dog when circumstances caused me to board her instead of her staying with friends as planned. I am a weekly customer of Dogtopia in my hometown and the New Orleans office located the Dogtopia of Bearden Knoxville for me. Bearden Dogtopia responded right away and found space for my girl. they took wonderful care of her for me. The facility was neat and clean and the staff friendly and efficient. So grateful to the team there.
