The staff love the dogs
The staff is friendly. They seem genuinely happy to see the dogs when they arrive. I like that there are web cams so I can check on my puppy. The picture days and special event are great!
everyone at Dogtopia is so caring and takes care of every dog like they are their own. Everytime I have to leave my dog with them in any circumstance, I know she will be well taken care of and loved.

Taylor and her staff. All who work there are committed , loving to the pups and considerate of clients. The only issue is that u don't have sufficient personal during the " rush hours " nor the staff's fault. They work as fast as humanely possible.
Again, I want to emphasize that what makes Dogtopia in Mount Kisco a fun place for the pups and pleasant experience for the owners is your GREAT staff
I had a reservation for this past Saturday and when I got there, I found out there was only one employee. My dog would not be allowed out of his crate except for to go to the bathroom now and then. I understand things come up but a bit nice to have gotten a phone call because I drive a half hour each way to get there.
It’s really a shame because my dog really likes going there the staff is awesome and it’s a great location.
Dogtopia is a one stop shop for everything. My dogs could need. We have used their grooming and daycare services many times and always enjoy the experience. One of our dogs is very timid and the staff is always so kind and works with him to let him know he is in a safe place.
You are all so kind to our dog, (and us)! You make us feel so comfortable leaving her with you and know she is getting a ton of attention and care. I love the occasional text message to ask if you can offer her a treat because you just can’t help it. We know, she is THAT cute! Thanks for being a part of the family. She always looks forward to coming and playing with her friends.
