Spa days are always professionally done, haircuts, baths etc. Very pleased every time!

My dog loves to come and play with "his friends"! I also like you offer spa services but wish you had it on Saturdays, once in a while.
Staff is friendly, kind and attentive. Rooms are clean and safe. Daycare hours and availability meet all my needs and location is convenient for me. I’m very comfortable leaving Lucy there.
I love how friendly the staff is and how well they care for my babies! The little events and holiday celebrations are also amazing…and the pics are to die for!!
Nothing everything was fine.
We knew we were getting a puppy last summer and we when we found out a Dogtopia was opening very close to our home we were thrilled. Fast forward 10 months and we couldn't imagine dog ownership without having Dogtopia there for us. Our pup loves going there! She's signed up for one day per week but sometimes we add a second day or even a day time weekend visit. The staff is great and she takes nice long naps after playing with her pals all day long.
My dog loves it here, and I absolutely love to see how much the staff care about the dogs. They know everyone of them by name, and welcome them at the door!

There have been communication errors for every boarding reservation. I don't think he system communicates with the staff or vice versa. My dogs were not groomed when I scheduled. I did everything on my end correctly. And this happened last time.
The staff is nice, but front office staff always seem clueless. This time the young girl didn't know how to print me off the charges before I paid them. She handed me a pen and paper and we went over them manually. She was nice. But seems to have set up for failure in training or just lacked the knowledge. Prior, the online scheduling was not communicating with the office.
My pillow and two blankets were given back to me and they smelled like urine, A LOT of urine. I wonder how long my dogs, in the 6 days I left them there, had to sleep on these. They were disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. And I paid almost $800.00 for the total cost. I had scheduled the grooming & spa for both dogs on the 15th, so I could pick them up early on the 16th. I called on the 15th towards the end of the day to double check they were ready to go the next morning and they had not been. Nor did it show in the system. However, I have my confirmation emails from weeks prior saying the appt's were received. I got all the boarding and spa confirmation emails weeks prior. So...I had to tell them please make my dogs first in the spa line on the 16th. I asked to be called when they were done. That didn't happen. So around 2:30pm I called to see if they were ready to go. I was told, "oh yeah, they finished early, they've been ready. They're playing now". Then I promptly drove up there to get them and was told that "one was not ready." What the heck is going on here? This was my 4th time trusting Dogtopia Park Lane in Dallas and 3 of the times were difficult. I'd love to continue to use them but just can't. The staff is clueless. And its smells. AND the blankets and pillow given back to me were disgusting. How dare my dogs be made to sleep with those repeatedly. I can't recommend at all.

The dogs came back happy & tuckered out - I didn't have to worry about their care while I was away on a business trip.
