We absolutely love Dogtopia -- my pup is always so excited every time she sees the building. The staff is absolutely amazing, they're so kind and helpful. The location is so spacious (which is hard to find in New York City) and allows for dogs to really play.
Our black lab puppy Sunny has loved every minute of his time at Dogtopia since he was 4 months old.
The staff are amazing and have loved him like he was their own. At the front of house they were professional, communicative, courteous and efficient. When Sunny boarded they would always send pics and updates of his stay. I cannot recommend Dogtopia highly enough! Your dog will thank you!

I think the app and ease of scheduling is fantastic and very convenient. I wish there was an outdoor space for the dogs and I also feel like the requirement of daycare x3 before full time boarding is a bit excessive and not competitive with other locations.

Anytime she boards I don't get my food containers back. This past board she did not get her medication as instructed (I came home with the same amount of pills as she went with). I did not receive any report of her stay and I was not asked if I wanted her bathed prior to pick up. I had to call and ask fr that to be done. I feel like the service/care has declined.
The staff is friendly and truly cares for the dogs.
We love Dogtopia and especially Lili, the groomer. We haven't used Dogtopia for anything other than grooming, but with regards to dog grooming - Lili is the best. She always communicates with us about what we want for the cut and if something isn't correct, she will fix it. You can tell that she is experienced and absolutely loves animals.

Every single staff member is so friendly and caring. We always feel welcomed and reassured when we leave our pup there. Our pup also LOVES going and loves every single staff member. He always comes home exhausted!
Half day rates seem designed to be difficult to achieve.
everyone was very nice and eager to help. you just don’t offer what I need and I tried to tell your staff that but they tried and agreed it wouldn’t work
