I requested a photo fix and paid for it. The photo was blurry. Then I received an email notifying me that it had already been fixed and that I had to pay again. The one I paid for was never fixed, nor was it sent to me fixed.
I should have done the touch ups… I didn’t realize there would be such a difference.

All the pictures we received from the graduation were stunning and perfect.
It was convenient to have pictures from the graduation ceremony without having to run up closer to the podium. That said, some of the photos did not properly center my student, but mistakenly included the student ahead or behind her. In one she had her eyes closed.
Too expensive for what you get! Pricing structure is very out of touch with current economy.

Hello, received the pictures all in perfect condition, though it did take awhile for it to arrive. It was stated that it would be in several shipments and may take a few weeks to arrive. Just received my last picture which came in card board tube. Will have to buy a frame for it . I thank you for my order and will look forward to giving some away to friends and family z…
I just think it could have been a little organized better.

Canera operator shot at a strange angle. The photo would've been better if they had my face instead of profile to catch emotion etc.
That was easy access to my grad photos, process to manage and purchase each photos.
I also liked seeing other graduate’s photos(including those who were close to me on the chair or line as well), contents I could not see enough in arena regarding ceremony. I really enjoyed seeing the moments and very memorable!
I received my orders as soon as possible, I could check up my photos I ordered right away then reordered different type of photos with same photographs. Photos photographers took us all were way better quality and I like the way they took than we took photos by ourselves. I’m satisfied with my photos I received, keep it all for my honor and memory. Very grateful to them. Thank you for Grad team.
The prints were a great quality and reasonably priced.
The team took amazing photos that my family and I will cherish for years to come. The grad team did a phenomenal job making my day special cheering all the grads on and assisting us along the way to ensure a seamless program.

To expensive !! $60 fir one picture is nuts . And I have been getting my “last day” to order text everyday for three weeks so when is the actual last day to order? I couldn’t even afford to get all of my kids because they are so expensive
