Everything were professional.
Quick, easy and very affordable!
We paid a lot to have two photos and shipping and the camera bent right in the middle. I reached out to see if we could get new ones made. I didn’t even get an email back. I wouldn’t order from these people again and would discourage anyone for doing so.
It's a rip off how much a photo costs and then you don't even have an option to purchase a package deal with different backgrounds.

Your pictures were ok. Your prices are extortion. It should not be nearly $100 for a few JPEGS, I understand it's not free to take these pictures but your prices are obscene.

I will not recommend this service. A very big disappointment on a big day.
Correspondence was terrible - didn’t know if you received our registration. Didn’t know what days would be captured. The website was terribly antiquated. Phone numbers went to people who had no idea when your pictures would be available, if at all. Sad that you just don’t create a nice Squarespace website for your endusers … the whole concept is great, but so disappointing because of the service. Especially for what you charge you guys can do better.
Graduation was a breeze because everything was laid out in very detailed instructions!

I'm really sad you guys didn't get a picture of me being hooded. That was a moment that took 6 years and a photographer was there. Can you please check to see if there is another image somewhere?

The photos were excellent.
The posed picture is great, the other two are grainy. My pictures that I took on my cellphone are better quality than those. I paid more than $70 for pictures that are very sub-par quality.
Good quality but only thing is that is a little bit expensive.

I paid like 100$ for three jpgs thats insane. Digital should be like 20$ tops. I understand if you’re charging out the wazoo for prints, because then you actually have to print a physical item, but you already took the photos, you’re just holding them hostage unless I drop 100$.
The pictures were not that great. You took two poses and Gave weird ai background. I bought the digital package and it was very expensive for just three poses! Not satisfied at all
Ensure the delicate pictures are better packaged/secured bc the edges/corners were bent. I paid TOO much money for the pictures for them to be sent to me in such flimsy material.
