Low income options for photos could have been nice. Had to take out a payment plan for it, also didn’t want my photo taken when I was walking… at least tell us all that you are taking photos at certain times. I’m autistic

I already emailed you. Pur son’s photo was blurry, and you didn’t send the photos we requested. You sent 4 smaller ones of him, rather than 2 from the choir shot. A lot of money for a blurry photo

The prices are absurdly expensive for what you are offering. Do a revenue analysis and price elasticity study and you will see that you could make much more money if you were to lower your prices. In this day and age of cameras everywhere, your pricing just doesn't make sense. It is cost prohibitive.
I think you would find it very interesting to conduct a survey on why people did not buy your photo products or why existing customers didn't buy more.
The photo & the photo plaque that I ordered are excellent quality. They're a little pricey, but worth it.
Pictures were amazing. My son loves his plaque and they came quickly!
