What do you like about our products and services?

The pictures were very cute and very well taken. I also received the paper copy and the quality was impeccable. The only thing I didn’t like was the price I believe it’s too expensive and i’m sure others would agree with me as well.

Prices are too expensive and the quality is not as good as Lifetouch….that was the company handling LSU photography in past years. You also did not offer what Lifetouch offered in past years.

in the portrait pictures taken before graduation my daughters eyes are partially closed in both! i chose the least bad of the two so i had something for me but its not suitable for posting on social media.

also there were so many emails about ordering early to get a discount but it was not clear if that was applied or what the price would be after the “deadline”.

also the ordering process of choosing pictures was really clunky and i had to start over more than once and i am very good with computers.

The disappointment lies in the grad not realizing where the photos would be taken, so they couldn't look/smile at the appropriate time.

Also, my son had his eyes closed in two of the posed photos taken before the actual ceremony. So, it would have been nice if those were retaken, which I know is hard with so many graduates, but I don't want to purchase pictures with closed eyes.

Less impressed. Shabby editing and poor quality of pictures delivered. Next time, allow graduants to just pay for the soft copies only.

Even worse, I had only three, less important moments photos, out of all the events. Awful

Recieved portrait. For the cost did not feel had to pay extra for a few hairs on the shoulder. It should have been done for free.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I paid for glare removal and the image was not corrected so I had to call customer service to have the photos corrected and re-sent. The customer service person was very helpful but it would have been a better experience if it was corrected the first time.

I requested "glare removal" for a very obvious glare from a bright light in the image. There were no other glares and my son does not wear glasses. The order form did not have a comments section so that I could explicitly indicate that the glare was from the bright light. No correction was made and I had to re-order.
