The cost of an electronic image is outrageous, I am a single mom who finally graduated and the cost of the 6 images was half a paycheck. You would do more justice for students in the long run if you lowered your prices.
As a fellow photographer, I cannot believe how much money you are charging for a DIGITAL image. It’s honestly disgusting and feels like you’re taking advantage of graduates and their families knowing it’s the only opportunity to have these photos. There is no justifying your pricing.
Two many texts and emails about "the last chance to get a deal" when there was no deal or no clear explanation of the "deal." You should just tell us something like "You will get 10% off if you order within 30 days."
The digital prints aren’t great and are very overpriced. The picture style was rushed and we shouldn’t have been forced to hold our phones as we walked across the stage. It ruined the moment a bit.
My product was damaged when I received it, the representative I was in contact with was very professional! Of course asked for pictures of the damage as expected and made it right! Could not have been more pleased, was not given the run around it was just made right! I thank your company for the professionalism!
The variety of photos to choose from as well as the quality of the photos taken. We also liked the variety of packages made available and this allowed us to choose one that was both affordable and perfect for family and friends. We received notices via email that kept us appraised of when we would expect to receive the photos. We did receive them as informed and we are very pleased with all photos.

The picture was bad. I’ve ordered in the past for my daughter’s graduation and it was a good picture. This photo I bought I can’t even see the Dean’s face. Just her handing the diploma. The photographer could have done a better job
I received the photos as promised and have no problem with that. I was disappointed with the pictures themselves, as there were only 2 portraits that were used repeatedly with different backgrounds. Since only one of the portraits looked alright, I chose it on one of the backgrounds. The additional pictures were taken from a strange angle... floor to stage. It made the pictures turn out less than ideal. I would have purchased more pictures if I had been happy with the way they looked.

Pricing and lighting! It’s so expensive for pictures and the lighting in these pictures were too saturated and bright.
Really Awsome pictures
The march photos weren't interesting. The photo standing with professor had her purse draped on her. A reminder to remove it would have made a big difference. Her headshot was good so that was all I bought.
Overpriced, excessive emails
The constant harassment via text and email about ordering pictures, Daily for weeks following the graduation was ridiculous. Even after I finally ordered pictures I was still harassed for days about ordering and false threats of price increases. While the pictures and options were good, the relentless sales and harassment begging for sales was unacceptable.
I didn’t realize that there would be pictures taken. I was pleasantly surprised. I also liked the different background choices.
Excellent
The grad team did an excellent job making sure we were prepared and sending reminders up to the day of the event. They were also able to answer all my questions and was very patient with helping me work through issues with registration. Most of all, the graduation ceremony went above my expectations, and the photo’s captured the moment perfectly!!

Way expensive. To make things worse, the quality of the frame I ordered was not great.
Prices are too high.
The price was ridiculously high! Then is two days to get three digital pictures. The pictures of her getting her white coat were no better than the ones I took on my phone.
