I understand they have thousands of pictures to go through, but I don't think a $25 charge for edits is justified. There was a picture that I really liked that I didn't buy because I didn't want to pay the edit fee. I don't think it should be free, but I think $25 is a bit much.
I think the pictures are too expensive
The images themselves are good, but to charge 200+ and not even cut the pictures properly is a joke.
I paid $33 each for a photo download and received a jpeg file of 1.5MB. This is a file size of professional photographers from 2000–2008 timeframe. As a professional photographer in 2026 selling a standard full resolution should be about 10-20 MB (full resolution; not raw file). Your advertising is "full resolution jpeg downloads". Very disappointed and want my money refunded.
Easy to use, quality very good.
Your service, and that you still have REAL PEOPLE to help when you have questions.
I appreciated the option for a digital download of the photos we ordered.
The pictures I received cut off the name of the college. I paid a lot of money for the pictures and the frame. Either refund me for the pictures or send me new ones with the name, please.
I love the pictures you took of my son, I promply ordered a couple. The e-mail and the texts kept coming, and coming, and coming. LOTS of contact... lots.... even after I ordered. I hope that you can find a way to tone it DOWN a bit for those customers who have already purchased.
I liked I was able to get the photo I wanted
I want to start by saying thank you for taking the photos you did! I greatly appreciated the photos and the text message with the ordering information. The ordering process was easy and the quality of the photos were great.
My only complaint was the photo of my son receiving his diploma. His tassle was in his face and the angle was not great. His backstage photo with his diploma was very nice. It was a bit off centered, but I loved the photo otherwise.
Thank you for allowing our feedback!
Most of the pictures were fantastic, but a couple she either wasn’t even in or was on the outside edge of photo as if it was actually the person in front of her that was the target person
It was too expensive, spending $100 for three pictures felt like a theft. At the same time, the quality of the pictures was good but not excellent.
It was really easy to navigate and purchase and see all the photos .
Great selection and fair prices.
It was easy to select and order.
I was unimpressed with the background of my daughter’s pictures. It was ridiculous.
Good photo quality
Great pics and good quality
good quality and fast service
I cannot get my pics downloaded
The picture is dark and full of shadows, the diploma wording is ineligible, it is not readable. I am requesting a full refund
The price for 10 digital pictures felt like a rape. The venue absolutely stunk to try and get any of my own decent pictures, thus was forced to buy yours to have anything at all that was of my daughter and close enough to be decent pictures. The cost was literally outrageous!
I received no less than 15-20 texts/emails stating to hurry and buy my pictures at a discounted rate. If what I paid was discounted ($200 for 10 pictures), then I would hate to see what the non discounted rate was.
The view of the screens in the auditorium were poor. The lighting system was in the way of most of the screens, the sound was terrible, couldn't hear much.
It was stress-free and organized.

Where are my photos? I have not received the photos I purchased
I emailed the email listed regarding the frame I ordered and how I was upset it wasn't actually a matted photo (I don't mind the "plaque" being printed) but I had assumed it was going to be properly matted based on cost alone and the website didn't really clarify that it was a giant photo. No one has answered me in regard to fixing this or even helping me return it for different photos so I can get them properly matted.
I was also shocked to discover the wallet photos aren't even perforated to make it easier to distribute. (The photos are great quality aside from that.)
The 5x7 and 8x10 came out great. I apparently just need to have ordered the digitals and done it myself for the amount I spent through gradpack

Great quality
