The quality of the pictures was not satisfactory. The shots and backdrops appeared to be of low quality and seemed to be AI-generated, which did not leave a favorable impression.

Your services were very good and instruction were excellent. My pictures were very good quality and I received them in a timely manner.
One of the magnet pictures weren’t centered. You can see a white sliver on the bottom corner of one. And the quality of the actual pictures is grainy and not clear. Like it wasn’t fully in focus. I just thought the quality should have been better than my phones pictures.

It was easy to order and get the downloads, when I got the links they downloaded easily. It is also a necessary service as it's not possible for every parent to get that close to get good pictures. I will say it is the most I have ever spent on pictures though outside of my own wedding. Even more than a professional family photo shoot. I expect there are many family's who will not be able to afford to get many pictures. I do appreciate though that there was a digital option.

Your prices are quite high. It would also be nice to have an option buy different photos when buy in blocks of ten or more, rather than having to make all of the photos in the group be the same photo. Thanks for you consideration.
I received a bad print and have received no response to multiple customer service requests for a resolution. I would like a new print sent.
My 8x10 picture was not center…. Too much blank space above my grandson’s head…
Reasonable price
Have more than one photographer. Depending on the side your grad had to sit determine clear photos of the grad. Most had someone else blocking a clear view if you were on one side of the seating arrangements.

The quality of pictures are not good. These are once in a lifetime photos and look like they have been taken by rush or random
