Easy to order.
Item arrived as promised.
The amount of pics for the price. Single parents can't afford the prices. And a sale or discount should be added to all pkgs and single offers, not just select items. Clearance is for select items. And thank you for the pics. I'm so proud of my son. His hard work really paid off and the pics are a great reminder of what can happen if you stay focused and want it bad enough. Anything easy isn't worth it. Thank you and Peace.

The pictures were not better than I could capture myself and the artificial backdrop kinda icky me out. And $100 for a couple digital files that I felt obligated to buy for archiving yet none of our people actually want prints of is pretty stiff. Piling this on top of all the other things seniors are expected to buy is just too much. And now we have to worry about how this digital info can be sold and used too. I really wish the schools would keep it in house or at least local- it would be a lot easier to hand the money to my community
I ordered three photos and a keychain two of them the one 8 x 10 was decent the 507 and the 5 x 7 photo plaque and the keychain all look like AI the photos looked as if she had on black lipstick and she doesn’t even wear lipstick at all. The photos were a complete disaster for my child’s memory. I was not impressed at all if this was an item that I can return I definitely would have did so and if you want to call me, feel free at Phone number removed please and thank you
The COST was WAY to expensive to buy just one digital picture. I did it because the photo was amazing but not very cost effective considering I only got a digital copy and no print for the price! Probably would not do that again for my son!

The background is so dark you really just see faces floating. I thought you would lighten it up to make the photo more balanced. That should have been a service you provided.
Variety and convenience
Make your prices more reasonable. Although the pictures were a good quality, what you charge for three digital photos is outrageous! I blame my school district for not seeking out more affordable options.
It's awfully expensive, that's all. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

The face of my graduate seems blurry
I was not satisfied with the delivery of the pictures due to the envelope was bent as it was placed in my mailbox, therefore, my pictures are ruined. Also, part one of the 8x10 pictures is peeling in one of the corners and the picture themselves were not of the best quality.
My daughter wasn’t told that she needed to fix her jewelry prior to the picture being taken.

Very few pictures. Pictures are not flattering. Pictures taken at weird angles. Pricing is to high.
Received my pictures with extremely dark background to where I could only see my grad’s face and teeth. I also received my photos damaged from shipping. Sent email and did get a reply. I was given reprints of the dark pictures and somewhat lighter. Still very dark. My other damaged photos were not replaced. It’s a bit frustrating and disappointing when I spent so much money, nearly $200.
