Very expensive
The price of the finished photos is quite ridiculous. I understand you are running a business, but $100 for 3 digital images is excessive. Not to mention the rest of the products and there prices.
All the help and organization was great.

You could have a dickey with tie for the guys to wear when getting their picture made with their cap and gown. My son wasn't expecting to get pictures made so he had a t-shirt on. It kind of ruins the pictures.
In terms of the photography, two separate emails came out that were at least a week apart. The first pics offered were from the ceremony and when I asked about the pics that were taken at the armory, the response was "these are all that are available". The right answer was to say that they are pending. It felt like I was being pressured into making a purchase. After a week or so, the additional pics from the armory were added which was very upsetting based on the first reply.

The photos are good quality, and I am especially pleased with the photo plaque that we ordered. We have used this company for 2 undergraduates and 1 graduate student. I'm hoping that the grad school our child is in now will use this same company for their graduation!
I loved how we had many options for our backgrounds and how professional our pictures are. I enjoyed the fact that the pictures arrived in a timely matter. I appreciate that we had a professional photographer available on graduation day. Thank you Columbia Southern University and all professionals that were involved.

Variety of backgrounds and several choices
Everything went great!
Everything was handled with such compassion and kindness. Everyone was so thoughtful. I like that graduation was very inclusive of all, in person, virtual, military, special needs, etc… this was a great experience overall.
The photo session prior to going on stage felt quite rushed. While I understand the need to maintain an efficient flow, there was very little time to prepare or compose myself before the photo was taken. Considering that we subsequently waited to go on stage, it seemed there could have been an opportunity to allow individuals a brief moment to settle before their photograph. As a result, the posed image felt hurried and did not capture me at my best, whereas the candid photos appeared much more natural and reflective of the moment.
Some of the team wasn’t very friendly.
I don't love the prices, but the quality of the photos and the packages offered were great.

The image quality of the prints is so and :( they look great when you order them on the webpage but when I received them the images are grainy and poor quality. Not worth the price unfortunately. I also haven’t received the magnets yet. It’s been a few weeks

The pictures were great! Different angles and different photos. Great choices and a good variety.
For the price I paid for the pictures I wish I would have gotten the raw files, not 1.5 MB png files or whatever they were.
The photos really did turn out fantastic! The appointment was quick. The background selections were nice. The purchase and download process was smooth also.
You were able to cover my graduation at every stage. I traveled all the way from Los Angeles without family and you were able to provide me with lasting memory of the event. I will forever remain grateful. Thank you Purdue team. You are the best!
