My photo was so very dark. It was disappointing.
Her two photos where she’s actually accepting her diploma are blurry! I spent $150 for six downloads and two of the most important photos are blurry.

We were told at the ceremony that all the pictures taken after, would also be included on the site for purchase. They were not and unfortunately we did not take as many because we thought they would all be available. Also, the pictures were a little over priced for the quality that they are. Disappointed.
The magnet picture did not look good
Good quality. Wish that glare on glasses would have been included on the price instead of being an extra cost. Otherwise, nice shots!
Clear photos
One of the photos of walking in the main room was sent and i wasnt in the photo but in the very bottom corner. Wasnt even worth sending that photo over. Wish there were more taken of me. Some friends had way more printed of them.

The quality of the pics
The picture quality was fine, however no one bothered to make sure that the “2026” on the tassel was facing the correct way, so it is backwards and in the back. Totally disappointing. I only bought them because they were the only option I had. Details matter.
The quality of the digital photos and the plague were great. I got no complaints about that. The staff that took the pictures were awesome. My complaint is the customer service. I sent an email last week with a question about my order and I never heard back. One or two day delay I can understand. But a week without a response isn’t a good look.
We are happy with the two photos we purchased, but those were the only two out of the bunch that were worth buying. Prices were rather high too. Thank you, happy to have a couple of nice photos from graduation.
My photo arrived damaged and I emailed to request a refund but never heard back. At $15 per print (incl shipping) I expected to receive the photo in good quality!
Very fun to have the solo shots with various backgrounds. I was just expecting the shot with their teacher so the bonus pics were great. Loved the backstage pics before they entered the arena. Very fun. Great quality.
The photos are insanely expensive. Why would you gatekeep something like photos at college graduation like that. Why did I even bother paying $150 for three photos?!
The cost for the prints is way too high. We should have at least been given some idea of what the cost would be before the ceremony so it could be planned for.
