My photos were either blurry or too much highlights. My daughter's cheeks are very white. I know I could have had them retouched but I should not have to pay for the retouch.
everything was easy and no issues,
I have yet to receive my order. The website was not easy to understand and there has been no information regarding where my order is or when I should expect it to arrive.
The online ordering site was easy to navigate, and the photos were easy to purchase. They arrived in a timely manner and the quality of the photos were great. I do wish the photo magnet was a little bit larger though. Also, unfortunately, when going to select the photos I wanted to order, one of the photos was not a photo of my son, but the student that was in line next to him. It was not a huge deal though because I had other great ones to choose from.

The quality of the pictures.
For my daughter’s LSU grad photos, the pictures provided came from four different photographers (one before crossing the stage, one receiving the diploma, one off to the side of the stage and one walking back to the seat).
The photographer before crossing the stage took a great photo of her. It was in focus, with decent lighting and the white balance was set correctly.
The photographer that took the photo of her receiving the diploma, which was the photo I wanted most, did not do professional quality work. The image was clearly not in focus (nothing in the shot was sharp), as well as it was taken when she was not looking at the camera (which is the responsibility of the one taking the photo, especially when that’s what you’re there to capture).
The photographer that took the photo off to the side of the stage with the backdrop clearly had the best opportunity to capture a quality picture that was used to provide multiple scenes and it shows.
Lastly, the photographer that took the photos of her going back to her seat had good candid shots, BUT did not have their white balance set correctly. All of their shots had a greenish tint to them AND there was no effort made to correct them in post. Suggestion for this photographer, test your white balance before you start shooting (e.g. try fluorescent mode…….) AND if you somehow still get it wrong make an attempt to fix in post.
For a team that’s supposed to be providing a PROFESSIONAL service, only 50% of the team delivered in my opinion. Yes, I procured shots taken by each of the photographers because I had no alternative. But make no mistake, overall I was not pleased with what was available from PROFESSIONAL photographers.

I replied to. one of your emails on June 9 with some very detailed feedback. I received an email telling me that a ticket had been created but then I never heard back. So much for caring about how you feel about your customer's satisfaction!
It was very expensive for images that weren't even clear. They were blurry, somewhat out of focus, and over $100 for 3 pictures. Wild.

I thought that I was buying 2 pitchers photos, instead I bought 2 pitchers covered, make sure that the website explains, better details, a waste of time, know I have to look for the envelope return to get money back, do better
