Lower prices. Wish all packages let you choose multiple photos.
Easy to place orders and photos are received quickly
The image quality was blurry and disappointing. Also there were two John Last name removed - and I understand this is tricky - but the photos were mixed up and we had to have that sorted out first before we could order.
Website is easy to navigate. Picturee and frame arrived ahead of the scheduled time. Product was of excellent quality.
Inability to focus on single camera for the president handing student diploma. At the time the diploma photo was taken there were 3 cameras present and it was unclear where to focus. The one that is the professional photographer needs to have a stuffed animal or some defining feature on the camera to ensure the students are focusing on the right camera person. Otherwise it’s a waste of money and opportunity.
Pictures I didn’t get up close was taken for me and I was able to order. Thank you

Photo want very good
Did not respond to emails and not very many pictures. Did not even have a picture of my son getting his diploma.
Some photos were blurry. Too many of the same pose with different backgrounds. Would like to have more of my grad walking on stage. One stage photo had a light streak but I ordered it anyway because you only had 2 stage pictures. Website is not the most user friendly either.
The email I received seemed very nice, but the issue was not resolved.I still have not received the product that I paid for. I purchased photos on July 3. I still have not received them.
Yor digital pricing is ridiculous.
I bought the fly away hair touch up for one of my pictures and it literally did nothing to the hair. Plus that one picture, it looked to fake and edited plus no hair fix. It was my least favorite picture despite paying the most money, and also was the one of me standing with my diploma. So pretty disappointing. All the other pictures were fine.
Prices are way too expensive. To spend over $200 on 6 digital pictures that I would have download and print myself, it extremely disappointing and outrageous.
Also, I wasn't able to combine my daughter's OSU commencement ceremony pictures from June 13th with her School of Psychological Science graduation celebration June 11th pictures in one package. It would have had to be 2 different packages.
The photos are great however the prices are too high for most students. I future you can consider having the university charge reasonable graduation where you'll then be paid from. Otherwise, charging separately scares away many graduates and they end up getting pics taken by phones (not best quality but acceptable) or in photo studios which is cheaper.
That I had plenty of time to purchase the photos and that I was offered a discount on the downloads which helped a lot. The quality came out great!
Make more backgrounds available on pictures. I had to pay an extra $15 to get a background I liked. I think more choices would have been helpful.

The quality of the photos could be much better, the photo that I paid for, to be on the plaque looks darker. I think I could have gotten a much better picture with my cell phone.
Second, I don't remember seeing bigger pictures to be on the plaque, the only size seems small. You might consider giving an option for bigger sized pictures to be on the plaque.

The photographers just took the pictures. There was no prep or suggestions to zip the gown up, hold the degree higher, switch locations for lighting. Pictures with other people in the background. It was extremely difficult to choose a picture to purchase. The best picture with lighting and angle had other people in the background.
Too overpriced. 100 dollars for 3 photos is ridiculous especially with the cost of all the other accessories that were already purchased
The ordering process was easy. The quality of the pictures is great and the order shipped quickly.
