Our pictures were amazing. There were great shots that we would not have been able to create. I appreciate the memories yall captured.
The ordering process was fine and delivery didn’t take too long, but the edge of one of my pictures was damaged. Since it’s not visible in the frame i didn’t bother requesting that it be replaced, but this damaged appears to have happened before shipping since it was packaged well.
It arrived slightly bent. You can see the fold in the frame. Maybe package it better in the future. I was slightly disappointed. I know it was the mail carrier fault but I still have to deal with it. Two pieces of cardboard would have protected it.
The picture did not appear to be intentional. I expected a picture of the graduate (my daughter) receiving her degree or at least shaking the hand of the professors giving out the diplomas. Very, very disappointed.
I didn't get a single good picture during my hooding ceremony on stage. Off stage I got a good picture. I really wanted a close up picture of the ceremony.

The website is horrible. You should be able to mix and match your pictures in a package. You have no phone number on there to call for help or for questions.
Photos were adequate. One photo was not even of my graduate. App was difficult to use in selection process of photos & photo book.. Prices were outrageous. Service was fast & efficient in delivery of the digital photos, but we still have not received the photo book yet.

I wish there were more affordable options that included multiple poses, but I do understand. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They were also very organized. All my photo options were great.

PRCIEYS TO HIGH. BUT WANTED MY TWO CHILDREN WHO GRADUATED TOGETHER TO HAVE ALL THE EXPERIENCES OF GRADUATING. IT COSTS US OVER 1K MORE FOR CAPS, GOWNS, PICTURES, MOTEL, TRAVEL, GAS, FOOD.... FOR A DAY IN A HALF.. YALL COULD LOWER PRICES SO EVERYONE CAN ENJOY THIS

For me, it was hard to navigate the site to order. Loved the variety of pictures.
I wrote an email bc my 25% coupon did not work and did not want to lose access to my child’s pic (last day). I asked for grad cards with the discount difference instead of no money back but no response. I would love to receive my discount as a credit.

A white coat ceremony... some importance pierces:
Is the students collar straight once they've put on the new whit coat?
Can we add a name tag to the coat?
If we are going to send photographers out to random photos before and during the ceremony, send out notifications about this.
Coach the candidate when they are twisted and tense
You will sell more photos with a little more effort on the part of your photographers
