Spoke to an incredibly kind and professional gentleman who helped me through the process of finding the photos after my link timed out.
Pros: Beautiful glossy photo paper. Nice background especially the one with USA flag. Staff were friendly. Smooth operation.
Cons: it took a long time to receive the products.
Was easy to order and product was what I expected from what I saw and ordered and arrived early. Pricey but what isn't these days.

I thought the site was not easy to use, and the prices were too high.
There were photos from two different events (two different days), and it was not clear how to add photos from both days to the same order. Also, the UI for viewing photos was a bit clunky and frustrating.
Also, I did not appreciate the repeated emails telling me that the price was going to go up ‘tomorrow’. It created a constant state of urgency while trying to find time to review together, dealing with the site, and choosing photos. I don’t think the prices ever actually went up.
The photos were good and I appreciate having them, but it was not a good experience. If the company earnestly wants to “make things right“ I would love a discount code for next year when my other student is graduating from the same school (assuming they use you again).

Maybe have a backdrop for students to stand in front of after receiving their diploma. The background having others people and chairs doesn’t look that great. The photo quality was very good though.
Photos are not the best quality but it was nice to have record of the day especially when it was difficult to take our own photos.
Your product is too expensive for what it is. You’re charging 1982 prices.

I appreciate the quality of the pictures. The photos were clear/sharp and the colors were excellent! The photographer was effective in capturing my son in a natural position instead of looking like he was posed. My order was received prior to the stated date and was appropriately packaged. Very Happy Customer!
I ordered over 3 weeks ago & have not received photos!
The cost was extremely high for the actual photo packages. There was no way I could afford more than 1. Also, I wanted to do a specialty frame but wanted the pic for his grad party. I opted not to order the one I wanted because it said it would take too long, but the keychains my mother and brother ordered arrived at the same time as my pic
It would have been nice to have the photographer give at least the minimal pose corrections, like to level the diploma or finger placement. I fully know that he/she only has a couple of seconds.
I have tried multiple times for 2 weeks to contact this company thru emails and leaving phone messages that the 8x10 grad photo of my son came severely bent in the upper right hand corner.
Not one person in your company has responded.
The 1 piece of cardboard that was supposed to hopefully protect it did not, yet the cardboard you use it very thin and flimsy. That is why the photo got bent. I would definitely appreciate some help

I would sure appreciate a new photo of my son that is in good condition to frame.
I purchased 10 digital prints and printed them as 8x10's and they are blurry. Very disappointed in the quality of the prints.
