Prices for packages are expensive.
You cost so much money for a single digital photo. Almost as bad as a road side scam. Unbelievable that you have the integrity of a corrupt politician to ask for near $100 for a couple digital photos.
Number of options of pictures
Make the packages a bit more affordable and allow variety packages. That way we can order different pictures without spending too much.
Sizing was a bit off and cost.

I got ripped off on your photos. You said I would get a picture frame with my order. It came with a piece of cardboard and a cheap piece of wood. Your photos are not that good. I wish I had never ordered your photos.

Better packages and more types of offers
Photos are not great quality and value.
These are VERY overpriced!!! I heave heard a ton of complaints from other parents! Then you send it in the mail in a small envelope that says do not bend… well that won’t protect the 1 $40 from getting bent… better packaging and lower prices will get you more orders!!
Easy to order and lots of options to mix and match pictures.
I feel that the pricing was really high. I got grad photos a year before and it wasn’t that expensive.

The quality of the images are horrendous. No one gave direction to the graduates such as tilting your head down or fixing our hair before our photos. The lighting was also terrible.

They were a bit pricey for just a photograph, but her pose was SO on brand for her. I couldn't have captured a better picture!
One of my pictures had envelope residue on it and it ripped a part of my image when I opened the envelope.
Sash wasn’t straight and 2 pictures wasn’t enough - a minimum of 5 would give the student better choices
I think the pictures are great and love the print I ordered; but I felt the almost constant texts and emails to order were annoying. I also received a plaque with another graduate’s photo that I do not know, and certainly didn’t order. I have no idea how my name and information became associated with another persons order, which makes me question the security of my payment information.

I thought that I was buying 2 pitchers photos, instead I bought 2 pitchers covered, make sure that the website explains, better details, a waste of time, know I have to look for the envelope return to get money back, do better
My photos were either blurry or too much highlights. My daughter's cheeks are very white. I know I could have had them retouched but I should not have to pay for the retouch.
