I really like the idea of how the photography captured various aspects of the graduation. The photos really added to the memorable experience.
Photos are mediocre
I paid for a picture that was not worth it. It has a glare on it so you cant see his diploma. It was a waste of money I could've used the pictures I ha and had enlarged at CVS
I spent $160 and wrong pose was sent. I ordered the pose with an American flag but I was sent gray pose

I still haven’t received my pics…I ordered them weeks ago and can’t find any receipts in my inbox. It was over $100 bucks, so that’s a shame. My email is Email address removed and my number is Phone number removed; I’m Name removed, an LSU Graduate. Please reach out if you can help me—I’d hate to pay again for these 3 pics I want. Thanks.

Quick, easy and very affordable!
We paid a lot to have two photos and shipping and the camera bent right in the middle. I reached out to see if we could get new ones made. I didn’t even get an email back. I wouldn’t order from these people again and would discourage anyone for doing so.
It's a rip off how much a photo costs and then you don't even have an option to purchase a package deal with different backgrounds.

Your pictures were ok. Your prices are extortion. It should not be nearly $100 for a few JPEGS, I understand it's not free to take these pictures but your prices are obscene.

I will not recommend this service. A very big disappointment on a big day.
Correspondence was terrible - didn’t know if you received our registration. Didn’t know what days would be captured. The website was terribly antiquated. Phone numbers went to people who had no idea when your pictures would be available, if at all. Sad that you just don’t create a nice Squarespace website for your endusers … the whole concept is great, but so disappointing because of the service. Especially for what you charge you guys can do better.
Graduation was a breeze because everything was laid out in very detailed instructions!

I'm really sad you guys didn't get a picture of me being hooded. That was a moment that took 6 years and a photographer was there. Can you please check to see if there is another image somewhere?
