Photos arrived bent in half. Emailed customer service twice and have not received a reply.

I would like a replacement, please!
The photographs that were taken of me were all terrible, and the staff were just trying to take the photos and move on, didn’t care about whether the photos were good or not. The setup for the photos were terrible, had you facing the sunlight so you literally couldn’t keep your eyes open. On top of all that the photos were WAY overpriced. Ridiculous.
The photos were of good quality. I did not expect any photos and the fact that you had a variety of my son was very impressive.
The pictures are of great quality and the delivery occurred in a ti sky manner.
The grad photos were posted quickly after the event. The photographers picked up our interactions and I loved the photos. I wish there was a better back drop for the grad (formal) pictures and with family.

The prices for digital photo downloads were very high.
We identified < 3 usable photos.
Less emails reminding me to get my pictures. I liked the pictures and was happy many moments were captured. But I believe I received almost an email per day reminding me to go get the pictures or purchase my package.
I never received the photos that i ordered. No one returns calls. Thanks for taking my money.
I ordered 2 prints and they were not like the proofs. The were off center badly and when i notified The Grad Team of the error, I heard nothing back whatsoever. Crickets. not even a confirmation of receipt of the email issue. The very definition of taking my money and ghosting me.
I really wish there were easy, friendly instructions on how to select the pictures for those who are elderly and are not familiar with how your platform was designed. This lack of user-friendliness for all learning styles and ages made it challenging to try to select the right pictures.
Additionally, I wish there were more package options when it came to digital downloads.
The people I talked to were friendly.
I paid $170.00 and I only received one single picture. I message the team but no response!

Two photos were decent, the rest were either AI backgrounds or facial recognition that were garbage. Prices were ridiculous especially given the fact you had no other options for photos. If each of the graduating senior families bought even one photo that would bring your company $22000 or more which seems insane.
Photos received quickly, very good proofs, many pictures.
My photos were slightly damaged when I opened them. There is a stain/mark that is in the same place on all the photos I ordered. Is theee someone I could contact to show them the photos and get replacement pictures?

The prices were surprisingly high. I did not receive a link to the graduate ceremony pictures for his master's degree. Overall, the quality was very good and much better than I could take myself.
