The photos are overpriced and they look like an amateur photographer took them.
Photographers did an amazing job of capturing the excitement of graduation! The selection of pictures taken were great, leaving it difficult to choose which ones. Therefore, we purchased a couple different backgrounds. Thank you!!
I like that you do not have to buy a package. Having the choice of individual photos and photos background and poses were nice.

I received the wrong finish and have sent 2 emails w no response. My photos are also bent and should be shipped in a more sturdy package.
The price that I was quoted when purchasing online was not the final price at checkout. I purchased several 5x7s and when I would add an additional picture I was quoted $6 to add that purchase but when I got to checkout that savings was not applied. If it was not the last day to purchase before the price increase I would have contested the price. Disappointed that the savings was not applied and misleading.
I ordered digital photos that said they’d be here in three days. I’ve never received them. I’ve reached out four times to have no response back.

The magnets were so dark you can not make out the face of my son or the lady handing him him diploma. I was very disappointed
The pictures I received were not like the proofs on my 8 x 10’s. Very disappointed in the quality for what I was charged.
Captured both my college grads smiling for the camera. Great proud moment for them and us as their parents.
I feel many of the shots were not as aesthetic as I would expect. Not upset about the pictures I purchased but not great. It felt more like a quantity over quality situation.

Your quality of pictures was fabulous. I had my oldest daughter graduate two years ago same school. I’m not sure if it’s the same photographer but here are my comparisons. My oldest daughter had the background darkened out so the focal point was my Daughter, diploma and a professor. this year’s picture they did not do that. I don’t know if I would’ve noticed it, but I liked the darkening of the background. I had a couple people walking behind my daughter getting her diploma so that was disruptive.
The second thing that I was the most displeased was, I chose the two picture frame with a plaque on the bottom. School graduating class and name. I expected to get a real cut out Matt board, instead I got a picture of two framed pictures in my frame and the plaque is not even metal. It’s all AI. there was no option for a leather bound book version of the two pictures. I really enjoyed that from my first daughter. That option was not available with your company.

The frame was broken on delivery. Very cheap, brittle material. The corners literally crumbled. Picture was great.
Pictures are good. Fast service. I just didn’t like to have to sign back in to order every pose, and that could have been because I use my phone.
I paid $100 for 3 photos. That’s a scam. Of course I would want some grad photos but to pay $100 for 3 digital photos is robbery.
I wish there was a preview of what the picture will look like before paying for enhancements. $45 seemed awfully expensive for just 1 photo that was only a 5×7.
Whoever took the pictures didn’t take the time to make sure the tassel was facing the correct way and hanging down right. You could tell it was a rushed picture then the backgrounds were just changed. I had a question about adding the solid gray background to one of the better images and no one responded.
I never received the photos, reached out and got an automated message that my inquiry had been recieved, but no follow up and still don't have the photos I paid for.
