I ordered photos and never received them.
Your quality of pictures was fabulous. I had my oldest daughter graduate two years ago same school. I’m not sure if it’s the same photographer but here are my comparisons. My oldest daughter had the background darkened out so the focal point was my Daughter, diploma and a professor. this year’s picture they did not do that. I don’t know if I would’ve noticed it, but I liked the darkening of the background. I had a couple people walking behind my daughter getting her diploma so that was disruptive.
The second thing that I was the most displeased was, I chose the two picture frame with a plaque on the bottom. School graduating class and name. I expected to get a real cut out Matt board, instead I got a picture of two framed pictures in my frame and the plaque is not even metal. It’s all AI. there was no option for a leather bound book version of the two pictures. I really enjoyed that from my first daughter. That option was not available with your company.

I liked the multiple choice of photos and the service was very quick

The frame was broken on delivery. Very cheap, brittle material. The corners literally crumbled. Picture was great.
Pictures are good. Fast service. I just didn’t like to have to sign back in to order every pose, and that could have been because I use my phone.
I paid $100 for 3 photos. That’s a scam. Of course I would want some grad photos but to pay $100 for 3 digital photos is robbery.
I wish there was a preview of what the picture will look like before paying for enhancements. $45 seemed awfully expensive for just 1 photo that was only a 5×7.
Whoever took the pictures didn’t take the time to make sure the tassel was facing the correct way and hanging down right. You could tell it was a rushed picture then the backgrounds were just changed. I had a question about adding the solid gray background to one of the better images and no one responded.
Your photos are ridiculously expensive. It’s not like we have a choice, since we can’t even get close to the graduates to take any photos during the ceremony, and there was only one company to buy photos from (no competition) You are taking advantage of people and forcing them to pay extremely high prices for very low quality photos.
The photo looked great. When I received it in the mail it had intentions in the photo like something pressed into it. Need more cardboard to support the logistics os the product.
We are still waiting on our sons plaque. So far the photo quality has been nice.

You took an unfocused picture of our daughter and her teacher. You also had people in the background of the picture. The camera was focused on people in the background instead of our daughter. We are very dissatisfied that a once in a lifetime picture is not good. You should have had a backdrop behind the teacher to keep the camera from focusing on people on the stage. The price we paid for what we got was disappointing.

The prints are nice but my daughter's hair looks red instead of blond, it is not her actual color.

The prices are expensive, especially compared to the quality of the images. Also the coordination at graduation was terrible. The website feels like it’s pushing you to buy the most expensive items and puts the individual photos at the bottom. I just haven’t loved my experience with this company

I had glasses during my pictures, so I chose to remove the glasses glare when ordering my pictures. When I received them in the mail, my eyes were completely different, both in shape and eye color. I have dark brown eyes and the pics showed me with light brown and green eyes. In addition, my pupils were abnormally large. It looks like I have large contacts in. I was extremely disappointed in them. I was hoping to receive some high quality pictures of my graduation, especially with the prices and reputation of this team. However, I am not satisfied with any picture I received.
To make it right, I was hoping for either another set of pics with my eyes correct, or my money back.
I sent an email to request your assistance in locating my son's photographs. I never received a reply or guidance.
I ended up having to flip through 1000-plus images to find a handful of him. I thought we only had until June 11 to order. I ended up having to go through ALL the images more than once because I couldn't figure out how to save my liked images and accidentally unliked them. Then, I couldn't get back in the portal due to timing out and had to start all over again.
Then, a few days ago, we received an order form and information in the mail with his images visible and available for order.
Lastly, the "photographers" who were doing candid shots should really have additional training. I found the posed photos on the seamless background acceptable and am grateful to have them.
Pictures of my daughter were not good because they were partial pictures except one. There were none of her looking straight ahead. They included people that were not her. The pictures on stage were of her leaving the stage. I expected college graduation pictures to be much higher quality. My younger daughter’s high school pictures, on the same day, were much better and clearly taken of her looking ahead and close up.
The photo you sent me was not of my child. I needed to go through all of the photos to find her.
Photos weren't as high-quality as we expected. Several were of very low resolution. Customer service was great, however, and we received the reprints, but they still weren't as high res as we'd hoped.
I feel many of the shots were not as aesthetic as I would expect. Not upset about the pictures I purchased but not great. It felt more like a quantity over quality situation.
