Prices extremely high.
The service is good but the prices are more than i would like. I would have purchased more photos if the prices were better
Pictures were good
but the print quality and format were not so good.
The main picture where I was standing with my degree folder in hand was good. But the printed photo was very disappointing. I opted for the one with standing whole photo with the American flag. The photo print that was sent to me was only half, it just had my face, a little above waist, the flag and my degree folder were not printed.
I was disappointed because my family could not click this close.
You guys took a picture of me without even knowing
It would’ve been nice to get a heads up so i can smile instead of taking a picture and not being aware or ready
Make sure that the hands are shown holding the holder for the certificate of degree.

My pictures turned out amazing! I didn’t need any extra touch ups or editing. I loved them. I also loved how many different angles I got to choose from!
The photographer did not take the time to tell you to fix or adjust your gown and things of that nature. I was not satisfied with the photo quality
Your prices were OUTRAGOUS. The pictures were good, but pricing was ridiculous. Maybe you could have people opt in to get pics if they may be interested, and that will lower the cost of your team taking and processing images, then lower the cost passed on to those of us who purchase the images.
The pictures after finishing don’t meet my expectations. The 8x10 scale is too large and expected the photo would have been scaled accordingly.
Everyone taking pictures was very nice and took the time with each of us.
I enjoyed the staff and the turnout of my pictures.
They captured great angles of student in different places, from walking to and on stage getting the diploma.
The photographer should take pictures of all cultures and not do biased to one culture. The graduating class was mixed however all the pictures on the site it’s not reflective.
It is a bit pricey but I got beautiful pictures. I hope that I can reorder from here in the near future

Photos are basic, very expensive, I expected hard copies that I didn’t get. Wasted $200 for nothing. It’s like taking photos with my own phone. Very disappointed.
I'm not exactly sure what all products and services the grad team was able to get to me. I did enjoy the ring from Jostens and the things that I could purchase. We can admit, they are a bit expensive, however, I was able to order the photos I wanted as well as other things. The digital downloads were awesome.
My pictures look excellent.
One of my photos had a blemish on it. Like a little speck of something was under the gloss or something. I'm not sure, but it wasn't perfect. I also wish you guys would've let us take a professional head shot. I could really use an updated professional head shot and we were all dressed up anyways. Would've been nice
The original 8x10 was damaged and they sent me a new right away, no extra charge. Super easy and friendly customer service. Way better than Texas Photo. Thank you
