They captured every moment of graduation. Seeing my pictures afterwards truly felt honoring.
The subject in the picture (the graduate) is NOT centered? Not sure if it is an editing issue or the camera got moved during the photo session.

I sent a message indicating the close up was cropped too much. I sent a message with no reply. I had to pay to reorder another picture.

Everything was well put together
I paid to have the negative the proof touched up to reduce shine. This was not done !
The pictures were shipped in a thin envelope and arrived slightly bent.
Good pictures, only thing I would say is most of the backgrounds used in the photos blended in to much with the graduation gown and cap.

I’m happy with how fast they got here and I love the pictures but the prices are so high!
I paid over 100.00 for 3 pictures and only for them to be downloadable. I sent a email and requested a form from the company to even be able to print them off at a local store so I could have them. No response from your company and for 110.00, for 3 pictures- I would think you would do better business. Very disappointed.
Vicki Gray was amazing and helped me track down my headshot. I also ordered a print from commencement and the quality is great.

The grad team were friendly. It could have been more organized with directing alumni on where to go and every photobooth area should've been manned by a photographer (alumni celebration) throughout the event. No issues as far as actual commencement day. However, the photo access online could've been more organized as far as releasing all photos at the same time rather than by segments. If individual names were hard to retrieve or organized, the sorting of photos online should've been labeled (example: by School > then by degree level) to lessen the amount of photos we had to go through to find our own. Better yet, somehow have access to and map student names to the photos.
