My pictures were perfect. They are crisp, clear and the colors were on point. The material feels nice and thick, you can tell they are great quality as soon as you see them.
Several of the pictures had a weird artifact prominent in the photos I preferred. I emailed before ordering to see if they can be corrected. I never received a response and had to order my lesser preferred photos. Also, one of the photos featuring a few friends had my son out of frame almost entirely.

The pictures I ordered were not in focus and very dark. The price was very high for the poor quality photos. I appreciated the option as I did not have a good seat to take photos myself but the poor quality for the price was a disappointment.

I would have taken more photos of me had I known that I would have to pay for the photos of me taken. Very annoyed and disappointed that after the thousands of dollars I've spent then this was an additional charge AND it wasn't clearly communicated.
