Due to the high cost of the digital photos, i expected higher resolution images. 400 DPI is not worth the high price tag. Had I known the photos would only be 400 DPI, I would have declined to purchase the photos. If ypu want to maintain this high price point, increase the resolution.
In at least one of the photos, I was not the object in focus. For such a high price I would expect better.

I ordered 3 photos, 2 of 1 pose, and 1 of another. The first 2 look great, the individual 1 is very blurry. I just sent a request to have it reproduced. I'm hoping to have someone check the quality of the photo before printing and then sending it to me.

Good quality prints and quick service.
I found the web interface to be clunky and my name was not linked with my pictures. I had to page through all graduation photos of my university to find it.
Photo files will not download
The pictures turned out great! Delivered in a timely manner. May want to use a more firm cardboard to protect pictures.
Loved the pictures, the quality and options with the finish. Loved the und back ground.
Would have liked more than one option of photo. Looked like same picture with different background. Also would gave like to see the sash at the bottom with the school logo.
Reduce the cost of a single image download. $30 is still steep, but feels reasonable at least. BTW, I met some wonderfully friendly and personable photographers over grad weekend.
The pictures were extremely expensive for seemingly standard quality. I paid over $50 for 3 5x7s. It would have been so nice to have been able to purchase a reasonably priced package for my daughter’s graduation to share with family.
