Like all things associated with Universities, costs are ridiculously high. A single 5x7 picture in a tassel frame was nearly $80?
Fast and efficient!
I like the presentation of the picture is very nice
There were some hit and misses with purchases made online for the phalantophy cords. Pharographs were ok but the lighting and background could have been better.
The mandatory pictures taken in the auditorium could be improved, they were not done in a way where the grad was allowed to pose from different scenic route for a choice of purchasing a packet that was more self accepting.

Easy to use and order
The number of packages was great and prices were reasonable
I was not provided with precise instructions on what to do upon arrival. The lighting of my pictures was not complementary for my skin tone, I feel like they used the same lighting for everyone.
Pose the student before picture is taken. I bought a digital image and have not received the picture that I paid for.
Responded quickly with the request. I got my photo less than 12 hrs after submitting request
You offer a variety of high quality photos. There were several photo opportunities at graduation in different atmospheres to really highlight the entire experience.
Nice photos, I liked the pic with the Dean and getting hooded. Nice additions to the grad pic at the end, which I also appreciate
The stage photo of me on stage shaking hands with the President of the University has on screen jumbotron photo of another student in the background. Very disappointing

Pics turned out beautiful
I was disappointed with the photos taken on the stage. Seems that a posed photograph with the student shaking hands with the faculty member after receiving their white coat would have been much better than several awkward pictures of student struggling to put on the white coat.
I ordered pictures of me on stage, but when I got the pictures, mt feet and half my calves had been cropped out. It was disappointing because it was not what I ordered.
Super easy and fast to get products
The two shots of me receiving my diploma were good, and I suppose those were the most important, but there were also many candid shots that were not very good. I would have considered buying these, but it was too expensive to be justifiable.

Photos were all very well done and available very quickly. Wish I had known that the photos that were taken while we were walking would also be available
