I’m really disappointed with the quality of the images I received, especially considering how much I paid. The final photos should match the proofs we see beforehand, and it’s frustrating when they don’t. Also, it might be helpful to offer a class for editors on how to better retouch people with darker complexions. It’s a bit discouraging to keep getting products that don’t meet expectations, and I think these changes would make a big difference.

I would like a formal apology as the grad team missed the mark in telling me (and others I discovered) that I was not on the graduation list. When I arrived in Dallas, I called the graduation help desk number and the individual that I spoke with told me there was nothing she could do, and that I would not be able to walk as they dont accept "walk-ups". She had no empathy about me flying to dallas, spending money and preparing for graduation. If the communication sklls are not there, these individuals should not be communicating with students. This caused alot of unecessary anguish and anxiety the day before graduation.
I also would like a complimentary frame to put my diploma in. I think this would suffice seeing my graduation experience was less than par.

I loved it being in the Fort Worth Zoo. The food was better than expected as well.
Improve communication
The Grad Team was great. However I didn’t receive my gown and other ordered items properly and there was no communication abilities to gain support.
This area could be tighter, whether or not there are also additional vendures.
Very grateful for photos taken. Some of the poses felt unnatural and process felt rushed. Understandably, this was the only time for this to occur as it was a long ceremony a huge class.
My pictures were beautiful! I loved the choices of backgrounds. I am very satisfied with my photographs.

The keychain pic deleted one family member
even though my initial order was incorrect, Grad Team quickly applied a remedy and sent me the correct photo free of cost.
I was not able to tell that the pictures I selected were photos where my wife had her eyes closed. I have not been able to contact any about changing the pictures. The $100 was wasted.
The grad team were absolutely amazing! The pictures obtained at the recent commencement were perfect!

Everything was a pleasant experience
Very professional and clear instructions. Lots of different pose options and I love that the photographer let me look at the photo before continuing. To make sure I liked it. The pictures were also done super fast after taking them.
They were very kind and let me retake pictures and see them if I didn’t like it
I liked that you could mix and match with the pictures and I also like all of the different package options with the frames and being able to pick what you from all of the products very nice even though the products were pricey I still like all of the products to choose from very elegant .
I like the high quality of the products and how quickly I received my order.

I would have liked some different digital selections
Pricing is quite high and I wish someone would told me to either lift my head or push my glasses up.
