The color of the LSU purple gowns are blue in the pictures
The pictures are super over priced. The quality of the pictures do not match the prices either. I got pictures this year and last year for my kids and both times I was disappointed.
Doing a good job.
Your prices are just too expensive. I would have purchased more photos of all my sons friends and created the gift that I did for my son and his girlfriend, but it was cheaper to just give them money instead.
The product is excellent as is the customer service I received. The lady that I talk to went above and beyond her duties and help me find a picture of my daughter, and she’s the one that told me how great it looked. I misunderstood what she was saying to me on something and then maybe an hour later I found, what she was talking about and I called and they were to able to switch something on the photo/plaque that I was getting. So, would I recommend the grad team, yes I would! If you want your graduation pictures developed or even a plaque , I would go through the grad team.

There was not a lot of time given to select photos. Also the prices, including the PDF prices, were expensive.

The pictures were great however after paying so much money for them, I would expect them to be packaged in a way that they would make it to me in pristine condition. Shoving a 8 x 10 pitcture into an 8 x 10 manila envelope sandwiched between two thin pieces of cardboard is not much proctection from the USPS let alone the elements.
All photos were taken at an upward angle.
The options made available that captured my graduate’s picture throughout the entire ceremony. Thank you

I was able to get my daughter’s associates graduation portrait and her bachelor’s to display side by side & they both look so great taken professionally by the same company despite being 2 years apart!
Eyes were a bit closed
At the graduation I was rushed though a maze to get to the photographer. I was told I would have full body pictures taken and when I received the proof the bottom half of my body was cut off on all pictures. I was told to so a "silly pose" the first thing I could think of with no warning was a "jazz hands, side kick", the proofs had my hands and feet cut off the pose. I was not told by the photographer or any markings in the space that hand and feet would be cut off. The photographer was far enough away and adjusting his lens multiple times so there is no reason my hand and feet were cut off all the pictures.
Most of the pictures were edited to have a different background then the one that was set up at the graduation and several were edited to look like I was holding a diploma holder that does not exist. i was not given a diploma holder/folder at all at graduation (very weird). The school does not give diploma holder at all. I asked them if I could get the one that was edited in the pictures with the fake hands you have holding the holder. The school says they did not know why the pictures were edited to show me holding something that does not exist and I cannot get. The fingers edited to hold the diploma holder were fake/creepy looking. The group shot on the stage with other people did not have a way for me to know where to look and the picture I was sent does not have me looking at the camera.
The photos changed prices multiple times with one day's notice. I wasn't told the prices would change every few days but they did.
The pictures I received were bent and not properly packaged. The paper envelope was bent over the part that said "do not bend" . I contacted you by email from the contact us section of your website and notified you the day I received the damage photos and never heard back from that email request I sent via your website. The next day I called and spent about 20 minutes on the phone to get them replaced. I was told by the women I spoke to that many of the pictures were sent with the wrong packaging and were received damaged. She said you had about 30 pages of emails to respond to that week. The women I spoke to did not know why I was sent a proof with my hand/feet cut off on the pictures. I told her which picture I did the "silly pose" for and what i did. She agreed from looking at the proof that it would have looked much better with the full body shot I was expecting. She did not know the images were edited to look like I was holding something that never existed with fake hands that do not look like my hands. She resubmitted my order and it came in a flimsy cardboard envelope that was much better the the ones i received originally. The photos should have been sent securely in an envelope that could not easily be folded and be protected between stable pieces of cardboard. The smaller pictures were just floating around in front of the larger picture I ordered. Nothing was done to prevent the phots from damaging each other in the delivery.
I could have printed the photos myself in much better condition without the hassle on my own home printer. i did not have any editing done to my photos so it should have been a very easy order. I and was disappointed that my parents where not able to get any photos at the graduation. I was told the "professional" photos would be available and was very disappointed with the images i was sent. If the photos where sent of the full body images I was expecting and not the fake hand holding the fake holder with many fake background ,it would have been better. I asked the women on the phone how I can get the holder that was edited in for me to hold since the school does not have them at all and the holder looked nicer then the one available from the school.
At this point a refund and the original unedited images would be the only way to make it right. I asked the women I spoke to and she said she did not have access to the images that the photography was outsources to one place and the printing and editing was done by another place both in a different state then the school. Having everything in the same location would have prevented most of these problems.
Fast turnaround, and quality pictures
Prices could be lower or offer lower packages for those families who live on low income or fixed income so they too will have an opportunity to enjoy pictures of their graduation. Thanks so much.

I like the multiple options and the funny and happy poses. The multiple background options were very good.

Photo of our daughter on stage was ok. The ones of her on the floor are horrible with all the people in the background.

You made sure you got really good shots from multiple angles and locations. Much better than my older daughter's photos from another college.
