Very good pictures delivered fast and efficiently
The photograph with my daughter and the two deans has the male dean completely chopped off laterally. That is unacceptable and I could have done a better job than the supposed professional. That is the one I always have custom framed for the wall of each my kids over the years when they graduate. This is such a disappointment. Very unsatisfied. You can send that particular photo larger than 8 x 10 at no charge and I will see if my framer can make it look better.
It’s too expensive to get all the photos you all took. The fact that no one can have the same access as you guys at our special moment and we HAVE to buy these in order to have a memory of that moment is sad. Wish it was not so expensive to obtain all the photos you all have of me. Only you guys have them. I will never. I can’t purchase them all. Barley make money and now have school loans.

They were beautiful everyone I should thought a private person did it but I told them the school did them an excellent job
Pictures were available promptly
The 3-Picture Frame I received was broken, snapped in the corner out of the box. I'm getting around to doing an RMA. Also one of the prints had some cosmetic imperfections. The pictures themselves looked nice. The website and ordering system feels outdated and was a hassle to use.
I emailed you all and sent a picture of the broken frame I received. I got no reply.
My son’s face is blurry on the photo we purchased.
I sent an email when I received my photos explaining that two of the photos the faces look orange does not appear to look orange and the proofs but the pictures I received look horrible and I asked if I could send them back and get a refund for those two pictures never heard from anyone until Rec receiving the survey

Easy to work with and I was very happy with my graduate's picture.
The photographer didn’t tell me my tassel was in my face and beard for my graduation photo. The image wasn’t bad but I was a bit bummed that there wasn’t an option to get it photoshopped.
I emailed to notify that one of the images were blurry and I wanted a refund for the blurry photo; 1 of the 3 pictures purchased. I did not receive a response. I was unable to see the quality of the image prior to purchasing due to the small size and scrolling copyright or I would not have chosen the image.

My picture on the stage is very blurry. But the other one was great.
Same 2 pictures, only background changed (lousy artwork btw...), group pics were blurry not much to choose from and the high prices were the cherry on the pie... wouldn't mind pay the price for quality pics
I honestly did not think that the pictures were that good of quality. They did not look very professional and were extremely expensive for the quality
