I think the team could have made a better job of making sure the graduates goods were on right and looked near for the the photos. The grads looked sloppy because their hoods were off center, not on right or just looked unkempt. It’s disappointing to see how a special moment like this could be handled so poorly.

The photo process at graduation was fairly smooth, though it seemed very rushed (granted there’s were hundreds of people to get through). It would have been nice to have photo ops staged prior to the ceremony as people checked in. Also, the pricing for the photos was extremely high

Give people very good direction to find graduation place.

I love how quick and easy the process was and I enjoyed the quality of the photo.

I missed the professional photo because no one told the graduates how, and where to get it. It should be a clear instructions with signs or email on the process. I am really disappointed because this is a once in a lifetime opportunity, especially at the doctorate level.

The pictures had a yellow cast to them. A little disappointing. I really wanted a picture of my student alone but wasn't available.

Next, yesterday I received the wooden frame with picture.
1. I thought i ordered it with an 8x10 picture
2. Next same poor quality picture and I would have preferred a picture with just my student
3. I expected some wording that said where she graduated from.

It’s pretty good, but it will be nice if digital copies are included on the package.

The material, like for example, humidity resistance material. The picture is beautiful but at the same time, It looks like a print was from Walgreens.

One of the photos were edited in a way that cut off my graduation cap so I was unable to purchase it. During the alumni event, photographers made it seem like the photos were free only to be forced to pay a ton of money to get photos of one of the most important days of my life. Really disappointed with the lack of transparency.

Picture quality was good .I liked mine

Pictures are not professional at all. I paid for one of my pictures for extensive retouching and that picture is not touched at all. Completely Same as others. Waste of money.

I ordered a photo on 18 October from the graduation ceremony in Anaheim at Honda Center. But I didn't receive any images. I don't know how to follow up on my problem or where to contact.

Great staff, very professional and friendly. Made us feel welcome. Prices after the fact were a bit shocking and high but offered a good variety of packages at least

The photos I received were slightly ruined, there was a white smudge mark with 2 out of 4 photos I ordered but the other two were fine. They were excellent photos just two had smudges on them from the print.

The quality of the picture is exceptional, my husband used to own a photography studio and was a brilliant photographer, so I know all about what is the best.

Would have liked to have had the opportunity to enter the photo areas earlier than allowed to and be able to take advantage of each photo area and not be rushed. Other than that, it was fine
