Pictures were blurry and didn’t seem to be in focus. Package pricing was reasonable but the quality could be better.

Take more than one picture
I received my photo order. One of the 5x7s has a blemish on the blue background, a whitish dot. This does not appear on the other 5x7 of the same photo and background color. Is it possible to get a replacement? I could send a photo of the photo if needed. OrderID: VGPhone number removed6

The ordering was easy. A bit expensive and I am still waiting on my photos to arrive.
Selection options to price point
The pictures from the ceremony were not good pictures of our daughter. They were also really expensive. Even with Disney you can get the digital version of all of your photos, which are excellent and creative, for about $200. We paid over a hundred dollars for just 3 digital images. Charging per image was ridiculous and limited what we purchased. This seems to be taking advantage of students (and parents) who just spent a lot of money to pay for their education for the last 4 years.
Lower prices for digital copies
Easy to use and the picture came quickly
Received our digital copy to frame but School name was mis-spelled. Responded requesting a replacement with proper spelling which never happened. Will be following up again to request another copy as this was intended as a gift. Sixty dollars is a lot to spend for an unusable digital copy.
The quality of the photos, even after adjustments were paid for, were not very good compared to the price to order them.
I have no ideas for you to improve. Pictures were OK. Thank you for taking them.

Picture wasn’t correct
Where is my order and how do I track it. (Missing information or hard to find). How to contact you. (After scanning the QR code at commencement, you disappear from my radar). How long does it take for orders to get to me (months?? What?!?!) Posing with “thumbs up”? Lame. I’m just scratching the surface here.

Your pricing is off the charts - way to leverage exclusive rights for the event to really screw us. If I remember right, you also had a time limit or expiry date for ordering images - because surely the ongoing cost of keeping images available for purchase would be exorbitant for you, right? Disgraceful. Please don't contact me for follow-up, additional questions or information, etc. Good luck out there.
Very impressed with the mug. The quality was better than I had expected.
I assumed the white balance would be corrected in the pictures when I ordered them. I though that it was just this way on the computer, but sadly that was not the case and I am a dull orange in my prints.

The package my pictures arrived in was bent and my pictures were damaged. There was nothing hard inside the mailer to ensure it could not be bent during shipping! I can send back the damaged pictures and have my pictures replaced.
