Instant contact with proofs and good prices - easy to order as well
Prices were quite high for not too big of pictures. When it came to the delivery, although I believe it’s the shipping companies fault, the pictures were lost for about a week. The picture in itself was great quality, and I looked phenomenal!

Quality of the pictures.
The staff was super friendly! They made sure to offer pictures and scan QR codes. It was really lovely :) Only downside was price but makes since because of such a large venue, staffing, and photo varieties.
I got only one picture instead of 6. I am waiting for them to arrive or I will request a refund. If you are pricing pictures so high you need to be professional enough to at least send all of them.
I think some of the package options were confusing.
My photo once cropped has much lower resolution than expected (the photo had to be cropped due to off center placement of the subject). Additionally, my tassel was somehow photographed yellow instead of blue, likely due to a flash, which is an easy fix if photo editing software is available. When I reached out with questions regarding this situation, if my subject could be moved without cropping (again a very simple fix if there is appropriate software), or if I were to pay for editing if that would be fixed, to which I never received a response.
That being said, I'm grateful to have these additional photos from graduation, especially in a group photo with my friends. However, the ones taken on my cell phone that day are much better quality, which is astounding considering the dated technology of my phone, as well as the cost of the prints ($30+ for 2 5x7 prints)
Pictures came out clear and good!
Daughter had eyes closed in the posed pictures. It would have been nice if photographer had taken another picture. Had to order a candid shot with people in background but really wanted a posed portrait without eyed closed.
I did not realize I have to print the pictures out my self!!! Very disappointed in your product!!!

The photographers were highly attentive and very kind! The finishes on the photos are very nice.
Wanted background fixed. Already paid $37 for one pic and told I could pay $25 more to fix!!! One 8”x10” of my graduate - not worth it. Only one pic of him that showed his scarf stating he was also an athlete!!!!!
It was amazing to get all the formal pictures and the stage pictures. Pictures that we could not capture ourselves.
The pictures are fine, but I did not realize that her degree was a not showing. I probably would not have ordered them or would have gotten the script.

My daughter pictures are beautiful, the only problem is I have not received them.
I never received my link to download my selected photos, but you had no problem taking my money. If you can remedy this situation, then I'll change my review.
pictures ordered was disappointing. On one of my pictures i had cropped and blown up, when i got the pictures there were images in his glasses that did not show up in the sample picture shown. Someone should have contacted me advising of the situation.

Great service, easy to shop online, and photos turned out perfect
It was impossible to see any details whatsoever of the photos due to the scrolling proof. Therefore, I picked one that I couldn't tell was blurry. I followed up with an email and received no response. I knew as soon as I paid and received the digital download, and could enlarge it to see it was blurry. My other images had closed eyes.
I ordered a picture that got mailed to me damaged!

Overall, the photo quality was average while the price was exorbitant. The last photo before we went in (each of us independently) were so hurried that the photo isn't great. We were hurried through a line with no time to prepare and then just waited in line. It felt like we could have taken time to make sure that each person looked good before the photo was taken (my tie was wonky).
The pictures were beautiful and the price was reasonable
