How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I ordered a picture of my daughter's graduation from college. My daughter wears glasses. When I viewed the picture before buying it, I did not notice any glare coming from the glasses. For that reason, I decided not to add the glare fix feature charge in my order. When I received the printed picture on the mail I was so disappointed to see so much glare! If you knew about this situation, you should have contacted me to let me know so I could have paid the extra charge for glare removal. I believe you should be proud of the product you deliver to customers, and this was not the case. In the past, I have ordered pictures for my daughter from Lifetouch Photography, and they never delivered pictures with glare, and I do not remember paying an extra fee for this service. I am an elementary school teacher who works with kids that wear glasses. The pictures they receive are flawless.

What do you like about our products and services?

The directions that we're mailed to us and emailed were clear and easy to understand.
Everyone who was part of the graduation team was friendly, helpful, and extremely kind.

While given verbal instructions to the group in the Armey, the person tried to project their voice to reach everyone. However, by the time the sound reached those of us in the back rows, the information was distorted. An ampifed speaker might help with this issue.

Thank you to each and every one of the graduation team for all the work and time they put in to October 5, 2024. I hope to one day make someone feel as special as you all made me on my graduation day.

The photos were visibly altered (smudged blurs) or not altered at all with flash spots in my glasses. Many of the photos had motion blur. I expect this quality on Social Media but not professional shots. Your photographers and editors need to improve their skills. With the right settings and right flash equipment, adjustments would not be needed.

What do you like about our products and services?

The duo that took my pictures made me feel very comfortable. The photographer helped me pose and adjusted my hair so my pictures could look their best. The woman in charge of the appointments/behind the laptop, helped me put on my cap and gown, and complimented me on my smile. Very pleasant experience.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I’m really disappointed with the quality of the images I received, especially considering how much I paid. The final photos should match the proofs we see beforehand, and it’s frustrating when they don’t. Also, it might be helpful to offer a class for editors on how to better retouch people with darker complexions. It’s a bit discouraging to keep getting products that don’t meet expectations, and I think these changes would make a big difference.

I would like a formal apology as the grad team missed the mark in telling me (and others I discovered) that I was not on the graduation list. When I arrived in Dallas, I called the graduation help desk number and the individual that I spoke with told me there was nothing she could do, and that I would not be able to walk as they dont accept "walk-ups". She had no empathy about me flying to dallas, spending money and preparing for graduation. If the communication sklls are not there, these individuals should not be communicating with students. This caused alot of unecessary anguish and anxiety the day before graduation.

I also would like a complimentary frame to put my diploma in. I think this would suffice seeing my graduation experience was less than par.
