The products are very nice. the services are easy to follow I was able to order my photos and the arrived pretty quickly.
The price was ridiculously high for the pictures and honestly, the pictures were not all that great.
I loved that pictures from 2 years ago were included. I graduated from gas and state community college two years ago and I was uncertain how to find pictures from my graduation and I was lucky to come across your website to find my graduation pictures.

The pictures weren't that great and with one picture of both of my kids, I didn't have the ability to zoom out to include both fully, my daughters hand was cut off even though it was in the original picture. Overall, the pictures were just okay, nothing great. Disappointing.

Easy process to customize and order. Quick response from customer service when I had an issue.
Never received my photo!!!
The only group photo that is offered does not have all students pictured in it. There is no way to order the photograph without having students on each end cropped out if the photo. Extremely disappointed and still have not received a refund for the photo that I ordered, which does not even have my son in it because he was cropped out of it. Hard to believe this was the outcome product from a professional photography. I will be expressing my concerns to LSU Ver School so this does not happen for future classes.
Quality was good and web site was very easy to use
I still haven’t received my email with digital downloads I paid for. I sent an email to customer service, they said I would receive an email again with the downloads. I have not received them.

I like the quality of the products I purchased.
The touch ups to the photos actually made the pictures fuzzy, like they are out of focus. They are just not what I would call overall high quality photos. This is said with the understanding that photographing an even like this is challenging. The touch ups, though, should be done more professionally.

The angle of the pictures where not straight (crooked flag), the lighting was horrible, the stage/degree acceptance pic was the worse and the pose options where extremely limited 4 of the pictures where the exact same just zoomed in/out. The price is too expensive not to have great quality pictures. The experience/event is a monumental achievement and the pictures do not reflect that! It's extremely unfortunate because we cannot get that day back! I guess the fact that most ppl including myself will still purchase regardless of the poor quality is the reason you are able to provide such poor quality.
I loved the additional staff to help you find an empty seat in a timely fashion.
Never got the pictures!
I received the photo bent from the mail. I ironed it and got most of the wrinkles out. It should have been mailed in a box rather in an envelope. It was very upsetting to receive it like that.
I wish my picture didn’t have to be cropped that my cap was cut off but there was not option to adjust the photo to my liking. If there is a way to adjust frame to include my entire cap and cut off the lower portion of the photo with the degree out of frame is fine.
