Graduation pictures for students and student life. Great photos to keep forever.
Unfortunately I would not recommend the grad team to anyone. After observing my photos I noticed a blurred portion one of the photos in front of the background. Initially I thought It was my screen but even after purchasing them I still saw the blur. The brightening of my photos also made the photos look less flattering. Very disappointed in the photography on such an important day that I won't get the chance to redo.
Ease of ordering
Both 8x10 glossy photos had a large thumbprint on the middle edge and also in the same location with a crease where the thumb was positioned.
I appears as if a technician held the photo up for inspection with bare hands
The picture was not the best. I asked for retouching and it looked like the normal photo
good photos. a little pricey. and the tech is a little un-intuitive.
Prompt delivery
I emailed your team about the frame being different from that shown in your flyer. Your flyer shows the graduation year under the picture. I understood I had to use my tassel, but it says nothing about the graduation year. I have nothing to fill the space, and nothing came with the frame. I emailed you to get this resolved, and no one has responded. With the amount of money I paid for this and receiving an item different than that shown, this needs to be resolved by sending me a 2024 plate to fill the space as your flyer shows.

Very expensive
We got some great photos but they printed out pretty blurry. I’m not sure if that’s fixable but it was a little disappointing after paying so much for a photo.
The lady on the phone was extremely helpful.
I ordered a keychain and when I got it, it was smaller than I expected and the picture fell out of it immediately so now I need to figure out how to get it together or get it replaced because I feel like I paid a lot of money for something that was poorly constructed.
I liked the pictures we ordered which were set on a piece of stone
The prices are absolutely insane. not to mention the pictures aren't even great. The one picture I really wanted was ruined with my eyes closed and apparently they only took one snapshot at the most important moment. So I can't even imagine how many others didn't get theirs.
I would greatly appreciate to have more pictures of the student when he or she is on the stage. Thank you for your great work!
It took forever to finally get the situation mostly straightened out. But another photo I liked never got fixed with the right folder. I finally just gave up and made a purchase.
Availability
First I purchased full resolution images and you sent low resolution. 1mg files. 1mg is low resolution. I saw that camera being used and if i had to guess it can easily do 50mg pictures.
The main reason I purchased full resolution images is so I can print mine own and create larger than 8x10 with out losing picture quality.
Then I email yall explaining my disappointment and you have refused to respond to my email. I am planning to contact UW and left them know how poorly you have handle this concern of mine.

Lower cost. Photos were expensive, but everything else was great!

I appreciate the opportunity to have quality photos of my son on his big day. We have a great framed portrait. Thank you
