Look like something printed from Walmart or CVS-
In the moment of that you all should consider having the graduate and whomever is representing the school to face forwarded.
I ordered them because I had nothing for memory. Improvement is needed.
Several of my daughters choices were blurry and others she was behind someone else. We did however have 2 shots that were nice quality of her! We would have ordered more if there had been more or better options.
Quality of pictures
Overall, I am pleased. Communication about my order could be improved. It would have been nice to get an e-mail saying that the order had been received and will arrive soon. Other than the initial e-mail about the digital upload, the only e-mails I received were 2 survey e-mails before I had received anything. It's hard to give a rating about the product and services before anything is received. I was just starting to wonder if everything was okay when I received the package today.
The pictures turned out very nice, very professional job. Maybe the close-ups could be a little closer. Other than that, I am pleased with the quality of the pictures.
Oh my, the pics have a very beautiful sheen on them! I enjoyed how they turned out. For once, I love pictures of myself!!!!
The quality of the picture is very poor. It’s blurry & faded and the graduate isn’t centered in the photo.
The photo is great and the wood used in the plaque is nice, it is just the background is white, and has ISU logo throughout it making it look like a stock image which made me think wow I wasted money on this. I honestly want a new photo that doesn't have the background with the stock ISU logo.
I know you have to watermark rhe pictures but there is so many of then it's very hard ro see what the picture will actually look like.
Beautiful pictures of my Granddaughter. Easy ordering and quick delivery. Pictures were in great shape when they arrived.

The photography was simple with basic backgrounds and detail missed on having student holding order form which was handed to before photo taken. After contacting team to correct the photo and remove pamphlet, team did amazing job touching up photo and contacting me afterwards by email. Only wish I would have contacting team before ordering or got a discount code as it’s more money to order individually. Great customer service.
Great quality!
It has been two months and I have yet to receive my singular photo. The prices are also very high.
I was a bit surprised about how pale white my daughters face looked on the picture. I paid for some retouching, but I feel it didn't work
Different backgrounds you have to choose from so many it’s hard to choose which one you want. Photo selection is amazing it gives you so many options till you will wanna go back to shop for more.

The options and the quality of the picture.
The quality of the digital prints were very disappointing. Looking at the proofs, you can't see that they are out of focus, or fuzzy even with touch ups. A complete waste of money and a let down of a very memorable event for us. We have others who will be graduating and won't do this again.
The quality of service was excellent, and there were numerous poses to change from.
I wish there were individual photos that didn't have other people in the picture
The backgrounds offer are not great and the design items are very juvenile for a college graduate.

Seemed to us the electronic option was way over priced. I’m sure that’s a popular option but $250 was a lot.
There were other students in my daughter’s pics. The camera never caught her smiling. All pictures are NOT capturing the monumental moment, it honestly looks like the shutter button was held down to take a bunch of shots. There was no effort & for the price, I’m liable to file a BBB complaint to document it all.
I love all the wide variety of options.
