Tracy’s patience with us. Docusign isn’t always the best way to send docs depending on one’s internet availability, but she was patient with us and gave good advice for how to finance it. I just wonder where my first online application for financing went to; probably Beijing!
Lastly, and I apologize for not remembering his name; but the gentleman who gave us the virtual tour of our van. Yes, I have been researching this platform for the last 3 years, but to see it in (almost) person and have someone knowledgeable of RVs give us their point of view is priceless.
So far VERY satisfied with the service and support.

I'm very happy with the work that was done. However, I had the same work done last fall, and it only lasted 2-3 months before part came off again so we'll see if this happens again.

We had a great buying experience with General RV Wixom. Based on our research, Tom Goodin
our sales rep, was able to show us RV options that fit our requirements. It was a pleasure spending time with Tom as we toured the many RVs available. Jessica Stevens, our delivery coordinator, walked us through our unit and demonstrated all of the coach features before we completed our paperwork. We enjoyed the time with her, she was friendly and efficient.
