Customer Testimonials

The staff were all very professional, efficient, and easy to work with

Very nice people ,kind ,thankful

This was my 2nd time purchasing an RV from General RV in Orange Park. My first Experience purchasing (and service over the next 6 years) was so professional and accommodating that I really couldn't purchase my new Motorhome anywhere else.If I was going to spend a large amount of money on a new RV, it had to be a place I was confident would give me quick and efficient service in the years to come. John Lemon was our salesman and he helped us find the exact RV we wanted over a period of about 6 months and 3 RV shows. The business part was painless. Lou really had our interests in mind when getting us great financing! The "Keep you camping" policy is the best in the industry! I have used it several times and is a major reason we purchased again from general RV. We are looking for a great relationship (and a free round of golf) in the years to come.

The staff is outstanding!

Excellent customer service from the Service Department. Friendly, listened and explained everything well.

Very friendly and knowledge staff. Great parts department and a great service department as well. The fifth wheel I bought was very well explained to me and clean thoroughly and ready to go when I was ready to pick it up.

Skylar was great, super friendly and worked with us to match a deal we had going at a different dealer.

Nice clean store with just the items we needed

Would highly recommend General RV

Manny was super helpful and nice

The friendly people

The people we dealt with were great, sales, finance and our delivery walk through. We've purchased from General in the past, but Birch Run was the best experience yet.

Quick turnaround and very knowledgeable service salesman.

Megan is a great pearson to work with.

Great customer support from Mattie & Justin.

Service department was great with Mathew Adalam he got us fixed before our trip to Florida , thanks Mathew

Matt is just brilliant as are your technicians. Wonderful communication throughout. Managed my expectations really well. I cannot believe how great GRV Clarkston is compared to Wixom which is just terrible by comparison. I recommend you guys to all our camping friends.

It was a easy place to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a rv

The friendly personnel that we encounted in all the departments. The effort that was made to honor any problem and needs we had as to additions items requested.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Trevor kept us informed through the whole process. The problem is that this is the second time in which we had the fifthwheel winterrized by you and it wasn't done right.

Our service advisor, Andrew, was very communicative and followed thru with check ins as promised. Definitely a very positive experience. The end result of the maintenance and upgrades were exactly what we were expecting.

Cooperation and flexibility with service

The friendly people. The service of getting things done. The quality and quantity of Rv’s to look at. We especially want to Thank Mr. Chuck ( salesman). Mr Travis who gave the tour of our fifth wheel and explained everything great. Mr. Sean and his co-workers who explained the process of hooking up and parking. They all did an exceptional job. And whoever else helped and forgot to mention. Thanks for everything Mr & Mrs. Mark Burgess ( and Lexii our dog)

Process went very smoothly

Multiple people to assist you while purchasing, walk through and delivery.

Both Jon the salesman and Jon the finance man were not only very friendly but also very knowledgeable. We appreciate them very much!
