Excellent customer service and the best prices on Grand Design products. An elk laid against and broke a fender skirt last spring. No problem, service got me the correct replacement and shipped it to me in Montana. The price was very fair. They could have put a big upcharge on this OEM part but did not. They operational walk through on delivery was very thorough. The best ever for any vehicle purchase. I would buy from them again! Thanks General RV!
