Tracy, my service advisor, went all out to keep me informed of how things were progressing. We had a trip planned and she successfully got our repairs completed so we had a departure on schedule. Tracy is one of the most conscientious service advisor we have ever worked with. Other service reps could learn much from her ability to handle getting work completed on time and keeping the customers in the loop with updates on progress in a friendly fashion.
