I had to get a decal replaced as my unit had one starting to peel. I originally called the service department to ask about getting one covered under warranty as I had the extra exterior coating protection supposedly put on my unit. I was told it was not covered. I called my salesperson Steve Gubics. He was able to get one for me ordered since Grand Design has a 3 year warranty on graphics which I was not told about until I called Steve. He is fantastic. Thanks Steve!
I was then told install was not covered and would be $300-$400 to install it. I was able to get it installed for less than half that quoted price. I understand dealers need to make money but come on, thats absolutely ridiculous. Why did I pay for an "Exterior Coating" thats supposed to help protect decals with a 3-5 year "warranty" when its not covered when a decal has an issue? Id like a response but doubt I'll get one

Justin was super helpful, he made a lot of phone calls for me got things squared away with warranty company, even had some very important recommendations for a new fifth wheel hitch,which turns out he was correct...even while waiting to hook up trailer, I was in showroom just looking around, I haven't experienced this much customer service in one visit since I worked in retail 15yrs ago!!! Well done

Then again Our sales person-did not lesson to my offer just cost me with his persistence after a little over 17hrs and three trips along with Braking the bank…. Our time should also be considered…. Did not get any breaks…. ( Over, Military, Disability or any other)…. Paid full price and them some…. Our fault for not walking but $2,000 had us between Flat tires and a Brick wall…. I would give a 10 to the people selling accessories. Very helpful. I’d give a ten to your service representative and the mechanics that helped me. Some of the people know a lot about Rv’s but are a bit sketchy on certain ones. When a company sells a verity of RV it’s hard to know all of them, but somehow you need to. Or have specialists for each one and then network them. The 9 was a guess at an average because I left a message and never got a callback. Not calling back, even to say I have no idea what something is, is worse than not knowing. Bad business move. Your facility is great. I was treated well while I was there.
