Our new fifth wheel delivery experience with Seleena was exceptional. Seleena’s knowledge and ability to cleary cover all of the features and benefits was perfect. This is our 4th RV delivery over the last 15 years and was by far the best. My wife and I both had long lists of questions that we prepared prior to the delivery and neither of us had to ask any of them. Seleena’s presentation covered them all.

Our experience with General RV started with great online communication with Tim via Facebook Marketplace. Although things did not work out with the used camper we inquired about on marketplace, we did drive to their West Chester store and bought a leftover model. Kayla did a good job showing us how to use our new unit and Sisto was great helping us with the loan process and helping us in a pinch with getting the unit insured before we towed it off the lot. From the moment you walk in the front door, everyone was helpful and friendly!

While there have been challenges with the unit from the manufacturer, the service team inclusive of George “Doc” all the way down to Dave on the lot side have been very accommodating, kind, and helpful throughout the process.
