The service department is well organized. Everyone is very helpful and you are constantly being updated on the repair process. I was very pleased with the quality work and the professional staff.

We were very happy with our sales person. There were some issues with the delivery process and some things weren’t taken care of that were supposed to have been done prior to pick up. We purchased the diamond coating package on the trailer. It was not applied correctly and was very poorly done. It has to be redone completely. I can’t say I was at all happy with the workmanship or quality of of service we received on that issue and a couple of other issues. I dropped off the camper this afternoon and hopefully the issues will be properly addressed this time. This is our third time purchasing a camper so we are aware that issues can occur, we just expected a more professional job to have been done. From shopping, to purchasing, to pick up , the process was good until we ran into the above listed issues which hopefully will be worked out.

We enjoy talking to Billy about new RV's and camping adventures that we had done or have scheduled. We like our service guy Walt, he always gets us in when needed.
We have had 3 familial members buy campers from here. We only have great things to say about General RV.
